Far better than the other place 5 or 6 doors down the road in my opinion. Bit concerned about the price increase though. More sauce required with the extra meat option.

I found this place following my smell sense and was the best decision ever. Try grilled pork and crispy pork you don't regret it.

This is one of the most visitted bakery in Springvale. We had double serve crispy pork roll. I think it was generously served and the taste was spot on. We tried it with the roll from next door and I'd say they are neck and neck. Definitely try their rolls when you are around. It's worth the queue.

I first saw this place on YouTube for having some of the best Banh Mi in Melbourne.
It didn’t disappoint - the bread was just the right amount of crunchy and soft, the flavours fresh and the fact that you can add extra pork crackling is a bonus. Highly recommend!

Bahn Mi - the best. And the tiger rolls are so fresh - doesn't get much better than this. Could do with a bit more pork but hey, that's just me.

Just as good as bun bun, its funny sometimes this place has a line out the door and bun bun is empty and at other times this place is empty and bun bun is packed out the door, to me its the same, the tiger bread is better though.

I think they used to have the best banh mi in Springvale but they are becoming a bit stingy with their portion. The young girls are usually pretty good with filling the roll in decently however the old lady tend to reduce the portions of everything. The prices have increased which is fair however reducing the portion isn't fair at all. I might switch to Bun Bun

Best bakery in Melbourne hands down. Killer tiger pork rolls plenty of meat solid feed! Couldn't come close to finishing it! Amazing customer service very polite and kind!

One of the best pork rolls in Melbourne. Better than bunbun that has been copying subway with loads of Lettuce in a Vietnamese pork roll. Not traditional but I guess it serves non Vietnamese customers regularly so they cater for their clientele. This tiger pork roll is second best to my number place in noble Park opposite a zebra crossing closer to chemist Warehouse.

I've been back here too many times on a month. When I crave for a bread roll this is where is go. Service is awesome and fast. The real Vietnamese fast food

Compared to other notable banh mi places around here. I find the chicken ones here to be more flavourful. The tiger buns can be a little crunchy compared to other places but still hands down my go to chicken banh mi place atm.

I only had the Tiger stick with butter and pate. It is a bit too salty for my liking (probs the pate) in comparison to Bun Bun Bakery just up the road closer to ANZ bank. Though I do really like the bread here at Tabac, they make it really crunchy and it's much better than Bun Bun Bakery. But I think Tabac's downfall would just be the pate's seasoning.

Best Bahn Mi's I've ever had, and I've tried most in Springvale. Unique, big, and great value for money - turned me into a regular!

One of the best place to go for Vietnamese roll especially when combined with their signature tiger roll bun. Good price, great service and awesomely flavored ingredients.

My favourite fob roll place in Springvale. The tiger roll is what sets it above every other shop in Springvale. The sauce they use in the crispy pork roll is amazing too. Also the staff there are pretty awesome, had some good banter with the girls there!

Best bread rolls I've eaten. The tiger bread is really great. Staff are always friendly and fast workers. I also like the Viet style ice coffee.
