Usual aftermarket watch dealer, will hustle you and sell you fake promise & word. The unfortunate thing is a family run business.

Did not hold his word when we agreed for me inquiring about a watch although I bought a watch prior to the agreement.

Didn't really want my business, enquired about a Rolex and the response was "its above 30k+" as if I wouldn't be able to afford it. Not sure what I did to warrant that sort of attitude.

Steven was nice but waste people's time & tell them that the prices are on the website, especially when you're told that the person is an out of state buyer? There were no prices for the items I enquired about & unfortunately they sold. You definitely lost my future business. Felt totally disrespected. Don't judge people, I could've easily bought out your entire floor stock on the day.

Sent a few enquiries. Called up the store mention the watch was sold a few minutes ago and will get back to my enquiries via email. Can't wait to hang up the phone.and yes that's the last time i heard from them.

This store stocked a watch I was replacing. Because I am interstate, everything was carried out on the phone. This could have been difficult, but the staff there were lovely. They were kind, understanding, and polite. They went out of their way to find me what I needed, and I cannot speak highly enough of them. Great service.

I sent an inquiry on Thursday 16th of May and 1 week after still no reply.no comment! Shocking customer service!
