My Husband & I have been purchasing Stunning high end watches from Swiss Emporium for approximately the last 4 years. This is the Only Store we deal with, when we want to experience the Acknowledgement, the friendly staff & Outstanding Customer Service from this Family run business. We always deal with the Charming, Delightful Benjamin whose knowledge of any watch in the store, is absolutely unbelievable. There is nothing you can't ask him about any timepiece they sell, & he can answer any query you have, without hesitation. My Husband rang him before Christmas 2021, to ask him about a Ladies Oris watch he had seen on their website. He organised this over the phone with him, as we live in Adelaide, & explained to my husband the new model hadn't arrived yet, but as soon as it comes into stock I will contact you. This was all done with the minimum of fuss & Benjamin posted it to us Express Post, which was received in Perfect order as usual. My GORGEOUS Watch was such a fantastic surprise, a Beautiful blue Oris watch with a blue leather band. I rang the Store myself, to personally thank Benjamin, for his Outstanding Service, which he humbly replied it's my absolute pleasure, & glad you like it so much. I was looking for timepiece to celebrate my birthday and as soon as I walked into Swiss Emporium I knew that I would find what I was after. As so many of the other reviews have stated, Ben was superb in helping me find the perfect watch. The excellence in his customer service can't be understated and he went above and beyond to ensure I had the watch in time for my birthday. Amazing service!

My fiancé and I stumbled across this shop by accident so decided to pop in as I hadn’t had any luck on finding my first luxury watch.
Ben gave amazing customer service and I didn’t feel rushed or pressured to purchase and I ended up pulling the trigger on an amazing Longines watch (Which I was never able to find in the Longines Boutique due to always being sold out).

Will definitely continue to shop here!

Wouldn’t take my watches anywhere else. Ben is kind and extremely knowledgeable and I always enjoy stopping by for a chat. Had a vintage Rolex Datejust serviced and the dial cleaned which turned out perfectly and will be having all my timepieces serviced with them in the future. They also have a great selection of pieces for sale. Highly recommend.
