This shop was recommended to me as being the most honest and trustworthy for reliable pool advice locally. They didn't disappoint when I had a very murky pool and didn't know where to start to fix it. Their straightforward advice and products had my pool sparkling again in the promised 48 hrs. I am so glad I didn't waste any more money trying to do it myself buying random products from diy stores. I will do straight to Swimart Mornington in future.
Needed some work done on my swimming pool and thought I would give them a go. Went into the shop and found the chaps inside really had little knowledge of ANYTHING to do with Pools! They actually tried to feed me some absolute rubbish!
I gave them a chance, as they claimed they had no "Technicians" on-site. I booked a service call and had to way FOUR WEEKS for someone to show up. The man that came to my home while my daughter was home, and entered my back garden completely UNANNOUNCED and not even the day I had booked!
I was over-charged their initial call-out rate they claimed to be $75 per hour, but turns out they quote WITHOUT GST.
Upon inquiring about the billing and the man that came to my property, it was more than clear they were completely clueless about Pool Equipment and troubleshooting problems. It took multiple visits and the problem was not rectified, all the while charging me for parts I DIDN'T NEED! I found the so-called Technician to be rude and tried to pull the wool over my eyes completely.
I rang another local Pool company and the problem turned out to be extremely simple and cost a measly $65 for repairs.
My wife went into the shop to inquire about this, just last week and was basically brushed aside and treated very poorly.
Be VERY weary of dealing with this Franchise.
