Customer service could be better asked about buying a couple of extra things (auto pool cleaner but got no real help was not even shown anything) will have to buy it somewhere else tomorrow. Bit off a shame.

Not only do I get fast and precise reports and details of which chemicals to add to the pool to keep it chemically balanced and safe I've also received some great professional advice when I'm unsure about some aspects of pool maintenance.
