Went in for a water test on the weekend. Simple and easy contact-less method at the front door. Water tested quickly, salt bags brought out, wireless eftpos payment and away. What I love about these guys, compared to a local competitor that I shopped at for years, is that they only sell me what I need. It's all too easy to con the consumer into buying 100's of dollars worth of chemicals, when they can often get away with simply increasing salt levels and adding some acid. Don't get me wrong, on the occasions if have had issues, they have put me onto some high quality algaecide, that did an amazing job.

Swimart Mornington, and the team, maintain a clean and efficient business with a focus on respect to their customers. Great experiences with regard to warranty on Pool Cleaner (was outside period by 3 mths, Jordan recognized that it was a product flaw and organized replacement wheel), and honest servicing of our pool for 2 years. I find their prices generally competitive with what’s online, and so in most cases for peace of mind, and ease of discussion, shop there. Salt is much better also than the coarse salt at bunnings.

I see a "Will Harvey" has posted a 1-star review, but left a 5-star review for MPSC (the only other review this fake profile has made). Totally fake. It's obviously the owner of MPSC doing what he does. His own shop is full of his ow.fake reviews.

Went to Swimart Mornington today & received very good friendly service "as usual". I have been a very happy customer with them for 4 years so I thought that I would post a review recommending them.

Jordan & Warren have been absolutely incredible! Having just purchased a property, they came out straight away and turned our pool from a near green pool to one that was sparking and swimmable within a few days! Outstanding customer service, and a pleasure to deal with! Warren has been simply fantastic and we really appreciate his help!

Customer service was amazing when i visited the store. Had a burning issue with the pool that they were able to fix without any issue. Would highly recommend, definitely worth the drive.

Vrry poor shop and not very good service. A complete rip off for pool chemicals. Very over priced and they always try and sell you stuff you don't need. Don't bother. Go to the other pool shop in mornington.

Very disappointed been going here for over 4 years getting pool services every month and the last few cleans have been terrible having to clean again after.when I emailed to let them know to cancel our services all I got was a email back.no follow up call at all.very poor effort on there customer service especially seeing you pay top dollar for it.
