58Walked in without an appointment and saw a Doctor within 20 minutes. Reception, Nurses and the Doctor were all lovely!
Very long wait. My appointment was at 3 pm and doctor came out at 4 pm, and taking another paitent who just arrived 5 minutes before 4 pm without an appointment.
Which was terrible, I came this clinic after a long time and had this experience.
Doctors and receptionist needed to work it out why this things repeating here.
A client came into our tattoo shop claiming she have had 3 sessions of tattoo removal treatment here. The tattoo was BARELY gone. After three session it should have been almost removed completely. They are robbing her. Shame on these people.
The amount of information that was given to me about my diagnosis was literally non-existent, even though there was a number of things I should have been made aware of. Really really really bad.
I called in to the clinic in the morning and my appointment was booked for 4: 15pm. However, I had to wait for over an hour and only saw the Doctor at 5: 30pm. I mean, if I was a walk-in patient, I would accept the longer waiting time. But with an appointment made, I still had to wait for over an hour? I just feel that it’s too much? And after looking at the other reviews, I’m certain that many other people have had similar experiences at this clinic. I really hope that the clinic improves on its services.
I have been there a month ago. Seemed pretty okay for me. No one was rude. I didn’t have to wait long at the hall.
I have been visiting Swanston medical centre for nearly 4 years. I am not a person who usually write bad reviews but here we go.
- They made me wait every single visit at least 1 hour. If you book at 2pm, you will see doctor roughly around 3.30pm
- Who works at the desks are so rude. I have seen a few different people over years but none of them smiling or willing to help to patients at all. So many reviews about their unprofesional behaviour here so I am not the only one.
- Every single visit they miss my card details or address etc. Takes me another 10 minutes to check in everytime.
- They wanted to overcharge me and then I fix it after I mentione how much I actually need to pay
- They told me that my last visit didnt cover my bupa which was 5 months ago and u need to do full payment for my last visit. I haven't got any letter, mail etc at all.
I am totally done with this place. Only reason I was keep coming was it is close to my work place but I am happy to go further but get better service and actually save my time.
I went to see Dr Kosasih because I had a diva cup stuck. I told him this at the start of the appointment and he laughed and then took my blood pressure and looked in my throat. He then prescribed me antibiotics. I had to repeat what was actually wrong and show him a picture of a diva cup. He then could not remove the cup, told me I might need surgery and sent me to a hospital. I paid $85 for antibiotics I didn't need and no solution to my actual issue.
Disgusting service from the reception lady with the white hair. If you're not good with people, my advice to you would be to not work at a doctors.
I had the worst experience as an international student visiting a doctor for the first time in Melbourne. My Doctor was on the phone talking to a pharmacist about another patient during my visit. He literally "forgot" to prescribe me medicines for my ailing cough.further he prescribed me "terbinafin" tablets which are known to damage the liver and turns out it has also. Im just glad that I had the discretion to know I should not trust anything this Doctor said and went to another doctor in time. Not to forget I was made to wait 30 mins even with an appointment. If i could I'll give this badly managed clinic 0 stars.
Never ever on time, waited 30mins a few times for my appointment and one time a doctor forgot to tick a box for my blood test, so I had to give more blood tests for his mistakes
Just now (12/6/18) I called their number 9205 7500 at 5.58pm, I knew they are going closed at 6pm. But I really have an important question to ask.
I want to know whether the Receptionist had given me back all my Pregnancy Blood Test Report? (Because the Receptionist Fax my report 2.40pm just now) but Page 4 of 7 is MISSING!
I am not mad with the Receptionist (Kanwal) who Faxed my report!
I am really mad with the girl, who just now picked up my phone at 5.58pm, she just greeting "Hi good afternoon, sorry pls hold a second"! She did hear my replied, I said "Good afternoon".
Then. I was feel like Fxxk, she purposely to greet me, then she put me ON HOLD like that.
*Because she don't want to listen my request
*Because she don't want to entertain me
*Because she don't want to be late finish work
*Because she already think she unable to answer my question in 2 minutes time
I still feel very naive that, no she wont be that kind of person! I should not think bad on her.
But it is true.she is so Bad, not helpful, not kind person. I still wait the ON HOLD situation for 6 minutes, until 6.04pm. Then only I give up.
If have Zero Star, I will choose no Star.
To Management Team:
Pls review back your CCTV right infront of the Reception Counter, to check who is the person to pick up my call, then ask me to ON HOLD for Nothing.
Because this is not the right customer service, she is just Lie To Me. I felt like cheated.
Absolute trash customer service staff. Waited on call for 20 MINUTES! 20! Horrible horrible horrible place to go for a check up. Also there's no bulk billing so if you have a cold it's $80.sorry
I really like Swanson Street Medical Center. The staff are lovely and the Center is really clean and comfortable. Dr Choi Kwan is a lovely doctor, whom is very helpful and caring. I highly recommend him. Great service and a great Center.
Waited 30 mins over my appointment time. Doctor then prescribed me the combination pill instead of the mini pill which I didn't realise until at the pharmacy. Incompetent doctors, avoid the place. No apology when I returned just told to sit and wait for him to finish with current patient. Wasted over an hour of my day for a repeat prescription.
I had an appointment at 3: 45 but i waited for more than 1: 30 hr. No explanations at all. I am so tired of this GP playing with the people time. I just needed somebody who change my dressings but they forced me to make an appointment for a doctor when I just needed a nurse. And i have to wait for 1: 30 whit this huge pain. If you have the chace to avoid this place do it.
This medical center is unpuctual, they makw you wait 1 hour even if you arrive at time for your appoinment. The receptionists are always stressed out or mad and they provide a bad customer service because of it.
Called to make appointment. The staff who answered the phone just said Hello, please hold 1 minute. I hold for ages and there was no answer!
