April - almost end of season, but still have smaller size strawberries to pick.
Drop in for an ice cream or milk shake is always nice.

Look, the fact that it is my annual birthday tradition to do a roadtrip to Sunny Ridge solely for one of the desserts available at the cafe should tell you I really mean the 5 rating I'm handing out here. Their icecream and sorbet are both to die for and made on site. You can pick your own strawberries for a good chunk of the year (Nov-April), though I'm usually too lazy to do it. They have alcohol tastings, products from local places which are mostly pretty good, and they've upgraded in recent years to have several more bathrooms available. Only difficulty is getting a table during peak times, and I suspect they hire a lot of seasonal/casual staff who can sometimes appear overwhelmed—just be kind to staff!:)

I wish I can rate a minus.
We are fond of thier chocolate fondue which was alway served in a proper fondue equipment.today we were given warm chocolate in a paper cup with less then normal strawberries.the price was same as before.it was really annoying to see how service goes down

We love going to Sunny Ridge Strawberry Farm, being able to pick the best fresh strawberries is always a treat. We are always very tempted to buy many things from their store but can never overlook getting the fresh jam and cream scones as a delicious treat!
Highly recommend going with the family as it's friendly for all ages. Pets are allowed around the cafe and store but not in the picking patch.

Fruit is great but it's crazy hectic in summer (to be expected) with no sense of organisation. Not great if you aren't comfortable in blustery crowd/around dozens of screaming kids. Menu also seems to have changed to it's either scones or grab and go ice cream and no "breakfast" options.

Kids thoroughly enjoyed the strawberry picking experience. Ate until their bellies were full and took home a punnet picked by them. Lots of other strawberry (and other berry) delights to purchase. It was very busy so it was a 30 minute wait for anything from the Cafe. We wanted chocolate dipped strawberries but they weren't serving them today, which was disappointing.

Overpriced, overcrowded and the staff member who was serving at one of the registers today was mostly rude and overwhelmed by large (4 adults and 2 kids) groups apparently.

Initially, I was reluctant to come. It's far and only a strawberry farm but they have a variety of food and drinks made from strawberry. The fresh strawberries itself are sweet and big. It's enjoyable to pick the strawberries and eat them in the chocolate dipping sauces (no worries, the chocolate sauces aren't as sweet as they look).

Nice little farm.

Pity that adults or those not picking are forced to pay to enter even if they weren’t picking but accompanying the kids. This results in visitors picking more than they want or need as you are given a container for each paying person.

Not an environmentally friendly business policy or practice!

A good variety of ice cream and drinks. Kids enjoyed picking the strawberries. A great place for a family outing.

Basically is strawberry picking and eating, is an experience for kids who have never seen strawberries "live", but honestly thats all. I was hoping there can be some additional stuff like photos showing the life stages of a strawberry, or some more activity for kids

Been going to sunny ridge strawberry farm with my family for the last 20 years and for the first time, we are very disappointed with the changes to the menu and food presentation. Hopefully it can go back to the way it used to be.

Extreme tourism scam. Everything was insanely overpriced. Strawberries at 2 punnets for $5 in the supermarket yet $10 here for one on a go pick yourself "deal". Obscene. Their cafe had nothing to offer. Nothing fresh or desserts I closing strawberries of value. Very disappointed. Stocking a lot of local other products as well for an inflated price. Would not recommend. Find some other entertainment in the area.

We attended Sunny Ridge Strawberry Farm today only to be told that we couldn't pick strawberries today and we shouldn't come on the weekends as it's always busy. The female Staff member in charge was very rude our children were very disappointed, would not recommend!

Delicious food but needs more seating or heaters outside. We went on a cooler day, had to wait along the sidelines for someone to leave before we could sit down then we were very cold while eating. Made our experience not so enjoyable. Also don't like the wooden cutlery, ended up using the spoon that came with the coffee.

Beautiful place, and delicious strawberries. I loved the experience of picking my own strawberries and all other products in the shop were delicious too

A must for tourists and locals. Free strawberry tasting and economical bulk buying or pick your own. Icecreams and numerous assorted sweet treats also available.

A fun activity with kids or without. I always take folks that are visiting Melbourne here and they love it.

What a great place to take friends and pick some strawberry. It got 4 stars because it not a cheap place and it can get very busy but over all it a must see visit. Its hard to buy strawberries from super markets when you have tasted freshly picked strawberries.
