I was here on saturday. Im giving the one star just for the location. I just want to share the experience. The place is really nice but the workers and customer service is very poor. There is a lot of discrimination, and are very raciest. It actually made me and my entire family and friends feel very uncomfortable. Just remember you run a business, be more careful on how you speak to customers that you make money off. I will never go to this place again.customer service is terrible. Hire staff and train staff, get your resources and you will have much better productivity. Such a shame.

I happened to pass this place when driving around in the Mornington Peninsula so we popped in to have a look. The products and the cafe was nice, however, my experience with the staff members was somewhat unplesant as they made some negative comments on my family members who didn't speak much English and were confused on how to reply to their questions.

The first time I went there was not a good experience. After waiting for 20 minutes, the food still hadn’t come. I knew the waiters were chatting but didn’t notice. I hope it will be better next time.

I’m not one to write reviews but I had to for this one, the customer service we received was shocking. It was a quiet afternoon, ordered 1 dessert, 30minutes later it had not arrived. We queried & they said they had lost our docket. 15 minutes later it still had not arrived, after seeing the same thing go out to other tables. Went in to get a refund so we could leave, the man I spoke to asked the lady making desserts & she just replied “we lost the docket”. Why had they not made it when they knew we were still waiting for it! No apologies or anything.

Nice place to spend some time picking strawberries. Picked two containers worth and ate all of them, they were delicious!

Absolutely amazing place to go. The sweetest strawberries and the staff are just as sweet. The cafe food and merchandise has nice variety. Definitely come here if you can. Previously called "Sunny Ridge"

Terri was very friendly and helpful here inside the shop area. The strawberries are always fresh and it's always fun to pick your own.

We visited today and were lucky to get a table. Getting a table is like winning tattslotto. We suggest using some of the concrete carpark to put more tables on. If we didn’t get a table we wouldn’t of ordered any food and would of had to go elsewhere. You are loosing multiple customers daily because you don’t have enough tables.

Great for picking strawberries, blackberries and blueberries. There's a nice store selling jam and various other produce. The cafe also serves up nice strawberry desserts. A great activity for families!

The new pick area off Roberts Rd has huge but tasteless strawberries. Not the best taste but they look impressive.
Had high hopes for this place when the original owners bought it back. Still a long way to go. Overall staff are much nicer than previous staff.

I have never tasted better strawberries. We got 2 box full and lots of fun and joy picking up strawberries. We came back with full tummies.

U Pick strawberries aren’t what they use to be. The strawberry field is full of weeds and dying strawberry plants. You’re better off buying the “premium” strawberries in the shop for $10 than pay $12 to pick half dead strawberries. YMMV.

This was the first time in a while that I have been to a farm like this and it was amazing. The strawberries themselves were delicious especially with the chocolate sauce that they sell. The picking was to much fun and made the experience so great. At the beginning the farm was pretty bare but we moved to a second field that was absolutely full of delicious and big strawberries. A must see.

Interesting to find that the place has now changed names since the last time i visited (due to the place being sold and new management had taken over). Still shop and cafe are still open. Strawberry picking available too though can be brought in shop too. Well worth a visit.

Used to go at times pre covid, and first time back since. Under new management and new name. Previously known as Sunny Ridge. Look set up same, but less stock in shop, which is shame. We went more for some dessert, not strawberry picking. The ques were long, as they have two separate ques, one for ice cream, and then for the cafe. There were no signs directing you were to go to order what. Very confusing, this needs sorting out. You could tell customers getting frustrated or walking out. Also customers asking about strawberry picking to which now you can't entry from main entry. So customers had to drive out back out, (to which caused traffic in carpark) and absolutely not proper directions on main road. It was much better organized from previous owners, hopefully the new ones get basic stuff sorted. I visited ladies rooms which stunk, and I told a staff member that ever toilet needed paper. When we left our little one had to go, so we took napkins to loo, lucky we did, as nothing was done since we spoke to staff We personally will not come back we were disappointed that vibe was gone. But if we can order online for few things I will. Hopefully others may find some enjoyment. Our little one enjoyed the ice cream.

Good ice-cream but the customer services OMG so bad! Please you need to send this people to Pt. Leo Estate to learn how waiters/waitresses work. And the small blonde middle age woman.so rude probably she is good picking up strawberry but not to be a waitress or cashier

We made the trip down the peninsula just for strawberry picking. We arrived not long after opening time, it was already fairly busy, but we easily found a parking spot.
We were sent across the road to the strawberry patch to pick out strawberries. (I would add, perhaps putting a crossing there and some flags or sign to make it a little safer to cross may be a good idea)

There were rows upon rows of strawberry plants. So delicious, juicy and sweet. My 3y/o loved it! We quickly filled our 500g punnets, whilst snacking on strawberries straight off the plant!

Afterward, we headed for the cafe, which has a variety of strawberry themed deserts and ice cream available. We opted for ice cream all around. The girl serving was friendly and patient as we chose our flavours and even allowed my picky daughter to try a flavour to ensure she liked what she got.

Lovely morning spent at Rocky Creek!
