Has recently gone way down hill. Would recommend looking elsewhere for anything other than medical cert

I've had nothing but good experiences with this clinic and I've been going there since it opened. Each doctor and nurse has been really personable and thorough. The non bulk billing on weekends is a bit of a burn but that seems normal practice now at most clinics. The reception staff are amazing, caring and have great social skills. Will keep going there.

There are medical clinics you go to if you just need a medical certificate, and there are medical clinics you visit if you need real help. Summit Medical Group is the latter.

The staff are very polite and professional, reception always have a ready smile. I can't recommend these people enough.

Dr Kate rocks! I had to change my GP due to the retirement of my previous gp and found SMG near by. Receptionists are efficient and kind, Dr Kate is great, even pothology staff are wonderful. All bulk billed (previous one, I had to pay quite a lot on consultation), makes my life easy!
More about my new doctor, she is caring, professional, and most importantly, not like other bulk billing doctors I have met before, she never rushes out. She is very thorough. Very highly recommended!

Had a good doctor here years ago but now my parents give a more confident diagnosis. As of today they are charging $70-130 on Saturdays. Was told no news was good news in relation to test results and no need to book another appointment but I call for peace of mind and find out the results were in days ago and I need to make an appointment. Reception needs to get their story straight as this is not the first time I have had to take time off work to come in because the doctor needs to talk to me. Only for the doctor to ask, why are you here? You are perfectly healthy.

Made an appointment for a mental health plan.arrived at my appointment on time.had to wait 20min to see the doctor even though the waiting room was empty.was then told that they do things a little bit different and that once I have my appointment with the GP I have to make another appointment to see a nurse.what. I wasn't told this a week ago when I made the appointment specifically for a mental health plan. I would have gone somewhere else.doctor tried to explain to me it's because they are a bulk billing practice.what does that have to do with it.left the doctor crying and with anxiety.the very reason why I need a mental health plan.thanks.will not be returning here ever agian

Spacious clinic that allows walk in appointments and bulk bills. Nurse and Dentist on site and male and female Doctors available. Not usually much of a wait time and has a comfortable air conditioned waiting room.

Clean and friendly - I love doctor Maneesha, she's very thorough. Easy to get to by tram or train and they bulk bill - couldn't ask for more! Reception staff are also very lovely and helpful. And the travel nurse was super practical and down to earth when I went to discuss pregnancy vs malaria prevention. Brilliant!

Made an appointment, waited 40 minutes. Left. Went somewhere else. Not worth it. Avoid at all costs!
