The receptions at the practice were the most unkind professionals I have ever come across. Denying basic human rights without any indication of care for my situation. I’d find somewhere that cares about humans at a basic level.

They do not care about your health, do not go here, do not give them your money. I didn't receive any treatment, recommendation, or guidance in any way after showing them a wound that wouldn't heal properly, kept reopening. All I got was a "huh, that's weird".

It would be nice for the receptionists to not treat new patients and people with enquiries like an absolute burden.

Seeing Dr Prem has been really positive. You can tell he really cares about his patients and wants to get to the root of the problem and genuinely wants to provide a comprehensive diagnostic experience. Today I also had the pleasure of seeing the nurse, Natalie, who performed a Pap Smear test and in my 15 or so years of having it done, this was the most comfortable I have ever felt. She explained the process in detail and made sure I felt comfortable and understood each step and also provided me with some expectations for tests I would be undergoing in the same department. I feel truly taken care of and that my health and well-being is in good hands. Thank you to the team!

Great team of doctors, nurses, and reception staff. Despite being popular and busy amongst patients, it is fairly easy to get an appointment without much delay. Always feel looked after, and feel very safe to come as health precautions are always practised and encouraged of visitors.

Been going here for many years, since they were located in Coburg. Great Doctors, all of them. I’ve seen reviews saying the doctors are uncaring or rude, I have not had that experience at all. I only have good things to say about this practice. Highly recommended.

My step mum came to this clinic in a poor state a few years back and with the help of Dr Prem, reduced her weight, reducing her diabetes medication, solved a serious issue with her toe infections that had plagued her for over 2 years and previously treated incorrectly Managed to reduce her high blood pressure and as a result, she has come to life again, is fit and healthy and extremely happy. Bravo Dr. Prem. Your a gem
I came down from Heathcote this morning for nurses appointment always super friendly and efficient.highly recommend. I found this place on maps after having some very serious issues with last clinic. As a personal carer I found Summit Medical to be one of the most professional and proficient services, from Marilyn and Rose at front desk to Dr. Prem himself. A client had been usinga different service for over 20 years and after assistance with his appointments and meeting his previous Dr. It became very apparent to me he was being mentally abused and obvious illnesses ignored. Summit Medical attended to his needs on first visit offering test and prognosis of the issues that put my client at immediate ease. I highly recommend this practice if you are experiencing lack of services with your current doctor. Disability toilets inside. Mothers room. Childrens play area with continuous entertainment and age appropriate viewing on television. Ramp entrance. Large air conditioned waiting room. Minimum wait time an added extra.

The doctors there are good, but the women at the reception are really the worst, they talk rudely and hang up even though they are still talking.

Seen multiple doctors at this clinic for various reasons and they’ve been nothing but respectful and empathetic.

Dr maneesha is the exception to my horrible experience here. I came to see dr. Morgan, who treated me with no empathy, sympathy or understanding. He walked me out of he’s clinic mid panic attack crying and felt he was negligent and didn’t have time to even listen to what I had to say. Just wanted me to get in and get out. Very disheartening going to a place you think you we will be helped and feel even worst leaving. Reception is always rude, it’s a medical clinic.people come for help.i will not be attending this clinic anymore and have advised many people the same.

I went there three days in a row once only to be told on the first two days to “just take some cold and flu tablets, you’ll be fine”. On the third day they told me to go to hospital but refused to get me an ambulance because “whatever it is, it’s not life threatening”. Twenty five minutes later I went unconscious (at the hospital thankfully). I had septic shock. I nearly died.this was over two years ago so hopefully things have changed, but I doubt it.

I was a regular client from 2017 to 2020. There were great doctors, but they never stayed. Dr Prem however was terrible. He never read my file before I came in, would barely look at it when seeing me, advised me to take medication contraindicated in my file, ignored my first ever sinus infection that was so bad I turned up daily seeking assistance for it until I gave up and went to the hospital, refused to refer me to my psychologist because he "wasn't taking on any more mental health patients", and then refused to get the required authority to prescribe me a medication my specialist had recommended. There are better doctors nearby, do yourself and your loved ones a favour and pick elsewhere.

My health is probably mildly complex. Nothing uncommon, but still needing specialists (most of whom I had sorted before moving to Brunswick). I wasn't planning on staying in Brunswick for as long as I did, so I kept deciding to just deal with the awful for just a bit longer. Don't repeat my mistake, there are probably 6 other GP clinics within a 3 block radius, they're unlikely to treat you worse it even as badly.

Summary: probably fine if you have a cold or cold sore; stay away if your issues are more complex. Dr Prem might be a fine doctor in excellent circumstances, but even in pre-pandemic circumstances, his role was not such that it brought out that excellence, and instead he provided actually harmful and potentially negligent advice on more than one occasion.

Significant improvement from the previous medical staff. In the past some GPs did not seem to really care about the patients, however my experience with Dr Tom Denton and Dr Maneesha Manglick has been AMAZING. Nurse Natalie has been great with our vaccines health plan too, always cheerful and very kind. I definitely would recommend this practice to friends and family. Keep up the good work!

I don't go here anymore, I used to. Pretty uncaring and dismissive doctors. Reception used to be nice but I called today to get an appointment, then I managed to get an telehealth appointment with my current doctor elsewhere. So I called Summit straight away to cancel and their receptionist was so rude!

Such great reception and great having Dr Maneesha Manglick! The best doctor I’ve had. Listens and validates my experiences.

I read a lot of bad reviews about this place and I agree I had a horrible experience there and can't believe they let them still operate.

Very dismissive and uninterested in helping people. Why would somebody even want to become a doctor with this attitude. Horrible experience.

I originally chose this clinic as our go-to because it was clean and the wait times were always reasonable. I find the receptionists really helpful and Nurse Mark was so great with our little ones vaccinations. Since then I’ve had some appalling experiences; Dr Prem arrogantly refusing my request for a 12 week scan referral because I “don’t need it. ” I was told something entirely different at the Women’s Hospital when I had my first appointment. I then chose to do share care with the clinic. For an entire week my calls to make appointments for 6 week post natal checks have gone unanswered. It’s very hard to receive the care required if you cannot even make an appointment with the doctor responsible for this. The duty of care seems to be really lacking. I wouldn’t recommend this clinic for pregnant women.

The doctors and staff here are mostly great. Very friendly and helpful. But if you visit, request not to see Dr. Prim. He's rude and extremely arrogant. He doesn't help and wants to shove you away as fast as possible.

This review its only for one Doctor, I’ve been several times at the center and I found most of the doctors very good except for DR MONica, I had the unlucky chance to see her one day and she was so impolite, I asked things and she just ignored me or answered in a rude way, I thought she wasn’t having a good day and I didn’t give it much importance but then I had to go back and see her again to follow up some test’s results and she had exactly the same attitude, she didn’t even say good morning or something she just sits in front of the computer and wants to get rid of you as soon as possible.
All the other doctors are fine
