I attended for first time today with an urgent issue. Firstly the receptionist (lady with short dark hair) was so lovely and instantly reduced my stress levels. I was seen really quickly and the dr was also very lovely and understanding. I couldn’t speak highly enough of this place.

Worst medical clinic ever these doctor should not be in practice due to there massive negligence! Also the receptionists are under trained have no patience and are in no way professionals or helpful.

Made three consecutive appointments for my grandparents and myself online. On the day we walked into the clinic on time and informed the receptionist that we had appointments and checked in. We waited in the waiting room and people were getting called in before us - that was fine as I understand doctors can run late sometimes.

However, the infuriating thing is that people then proceeded to arrive and I didn’t hear any of them say that they had appointments booked. They then went in before we did (to see the doctor we booked online for). From their interactions with the receptionist it seemed like they were regulars of the clinic.

Our first appointment was booked for 9: 30 and we didn’t get called in until around 10: 40. What’s the point in booking online if the clinic won’t even follow it? It seemed like the receptionist was putting these people before us because they were regular clients. My grandparents are aged 80 and 89, and I specifically booked online to lessen the time they would spend waiting in an enclosed room with other people as they have weak immune systems.

The doctor himself was nice but we definitely won’t be returning again.

Simply pathetic. Very unprofessional service. The receptionist getting upset with each patient walking in and trying to get rid of them telling them it’s a 45 mins wait. Was here for more than an hour and a half and when asked how far was I in the queue, Ah just 5 more patients before you. Left without seeing a doctor. Really need to step up their game. Would be my last visit here and would make sure no one that I know visits them.

Hany Hanna is the rudest Doctor I've ever had the displeasure of meeting. After having Asthma since birth and being hospitalized numerous times, he questioned whether the Ventolin and Prevention puffers were placebos. I guess this guy knows better than every other doctor, nurse and specialist I've seen.
Avoid this clinic at all costs if you need anything more than a med cert and more than 1min of an "appointment".

If I’d listened to the doctor here I’d be dead. Went to see him as it was the only surgery open and I had abnormal menstrual bleeding. He said it was just hormones and was going to just write me a script and send me home. Ended up going to the mercy for a second opinion and my thyroid levels were the worst the doctor had ever seen. Do not go here.

Very bad experience. I went there for many times need to wait long time for another people but for me i think never over 5mins when i come inside to see the doctor. They don't even asking for more question about your sick just keep asking you to sign name. That's there business need to quick to get sign name rather than take good care of the patients.

The worst bedside manner and customer service I have ever received. I would not return if this was the last doctors office on earth and I had come down with the plague

Waited 1.5hours to see a doctor even called and booked. The reception seems not treating the booking seriously.

Been going to Summer Hill clinic for years and have never had an issue. Waiting times are a bit longer but that's the same for all walk-in clinics. I'm amazed the doctors can actually fit in everyone in the busy day. Thanks for your service.

Worst experience ever! The son of Doctor Chan - rude, impolate and intolerant, try to avoid meeting him. The other Dr (don't remember his name) taken a half of my stitch and left the rest, it is really unprofessional. Very negative opinion about the clinic and GP's in general. I would NEVER recommend this clinic! Michael.

Mixed review - Free and convenient but make sure you pick a good doctor!
Very convenient surgery. Bulk billing, onsite pathology and really good opening hours (every day of the year 7am to 9pm). I had barely any wait time for two doctor visits. Not a flashy office but had a great experience with Dr Kim Chan, not so much with Dr Hanna.

would wish to warn people against visiting this medical centre, especially visiting dr Sam Georgy. He’s one lethargic lazy bum of a doctor. We went there to get my 18 month old vaccinated, and this lazy doc didn’t even bother to give us the basic instructions to hold the child, and injected him with my son crying with utmost pain.

The staff are not fair. Asked me to wait 30 minutes but after 30 minutes I asked them and said another 20 minutes. I saw the lady let her friends to see the doctor straight away while I have asthma. I felt really bad but no one cares

Gotten a rude receptionist every single time I've come here. The asian and persian/middle eastern (I'm assuming) receptionists look like they hate their jobs and speak in a snooty, rude and dismissive tone. Like come on. You're working around sick people, stop making them feel even worse

Approximately around 8 pm, I went to this medical centre. I was advised to take a seat in waiting area to see a Doctor. After 20-30 minutes receptionist came to me an asked, “Doctor is leaving soon, You can come back Tomorrow if you want’. I requested to her that It will only take 2 minutes also I am been waiting for them from last half an hour. Receptionist even felt bad for all of this. I was sent home that day by the doctor.

Still waiting. 35 minutes and counting, despite making an appointment for 4.30pm earlier this morning So need to find a new doctor for the kiddies!

Called on Sunday and got an appointment for the same day. My appointment was only 15 minutes past the allotted time and was bulk billed. Surgery itself is a bit tired looking, but the staff were nice and Doctor Kim Chen was lovely. Very friendly and caring.

Certainly one of the worst services I have encountered. First visit was very poor, I gave them the benefit of doubt. Second was worse, nobody at reception, people sitting and waiting for Doctor to come out only to debate who is next, 1 doctor available on each visit. Why are these people allowed to practice if they cannot provide the service they advertise?

I visited the doctors the other day with my partner to then have the doctor completely ignore my partner and only find out my symptoms to then get told I have a smokers cough. Due to many wrong diagnosis by dr Chan I saw another doctor and was told my partner and I have a lung infection. Your doctors are horrible and need to pull up or lose their jobs.
