66Unprofessional doctor. Diagnosed me with a non treatable diseases without recommending any blood tests beforehand. When i did the tests with Australian clinical labs the reports were normal. I don't know how can someone trust doctor who can't even follow the basic SOP before finalizing their diagnosis.
We waited all day for a telehealth call today and it never came. We had a very sick two year old and needed to stop the vomiting. We called first thing in the morning and were told that we would get a phone call at some point that day so we opted not to go to the emergency room and let her rest at home instead. VERY disappointed to be let down in this manner.
I felt dizzy and not balance 8 months. I went to check my ear with doctor Sam Georgy summer Hill. Doctor say nothing. I went to another GP recommend by family member. He told ear infection. Until know I am still on treatment for my ear. Why the hill he say nothing. Your ear is fine. And their was infection? Stay away from this GP score zero.
Receptions are so rude and usually I'd understand but they talk about patients to each other if front of their face
I made an appointment for 3.15 waited for 30 mins went to the counter to ask how much longer I should be waiting and she said 25 mins
I left.
Went to have my blood test by the Asian lady last week and she literally jabbed my arm that fast and hard my arm is still aching today and Severely bruised dunno why it won’t allow my photo to be put up of my arm and how badly bruised it is.
She’ll never be taking my bloods again!

They do everything to make sure you have a pleasant experience. I have dealt with Rose, John and Jess and they all are fantastic. Keep up the good work and thanks for your hard work in this pandemic.
The old lady in the reception needs to learn basic manners. I find it disgusting how is she still employed with such behaviour with the patients.
Please teach your staff to be respectful.
Waited 4 hours for an telephone appointment had to book twice and call multiple times. The website did not update their contact information and even when I left my correct number 3 times they still called my partner. The reception staff were rude and dismissive. The doctor spoke like i was bothering him and his only solution was stronger painkillers. I asked for help or sugguestions with my migraines for prevention and his reply was no nothing can be done.absolute disgrace of a practice should be shut down.
I don't know what to expect from the Dr K W Chan. I was suffered from sciatica pain. Apparently, that doctor has no experience with it. He told me to have good rest, as I'm young I can recover myself. After a whole month, the pain remained and unbearable. I called up, and he suggested that I do an X-ray. But afterwards, he still could not diagnose. Then he wrote me a referral to see a neurosurgeon and do an operation on my spin. Luckily I didn't listen to him and changed to a new clinic. After 5 physio sessions, the pain is gone.
I waited just over 4 hours for a telehealth appointment, and told by reception staff that appointments don't always run "on time" They came across as rude.
I felt like the Doctor didn't have time to care for my needs properly and was just rushed.
Honestly didn't feel that my health and wellbeing were cared for here. I ended up attending a different Doctors Practice and received much better care.
Very disappointing
I do not feel supported here. I don't want to talk about the kind of medical assistance or services that you are seeking at the clinic but I want to talk about the way the doctors treat you. For me, I was treated in unrespectful way by doctor K. W. Chan. I was almost cried walking out of the clinic. Plz be mindful that what you said and how you said it matters as you are a doctor and you are talking to your patients who more than anyone need your understanding and support and empathy. I will NEVER come back again.

I’ve been going here my whole life so here’s an honest review of my experiences here.
If you need a sick day certificate for work then this is a great place. If you need a new prescription for something you’ve already been diagnosed with, this is a great place. Just keep in mind you may be in the waiting room for anywhere from 10 minuets to 2 hours.
HOWEVER.
If you’re there for something more than just a bit of nausea and want a day or two off work … you may want to look somewhere else.
First of all, over the years I’ve seen many different doctors here. Some of them are patient and take their time with you, while others seem like they’re trying to get you in and out as fast as possible.
Side note, the receptionists have always been very nice here and I’m surprised by some of the negative reviews specifically mentioning them. Just because they don’t strike up a conversation with you doesn’t mean they’re rude.
But let’s get to some particularly negative experiences I’ve had here.
A few years ago I got diagnosed with IBS. Although the doctor diagnosed me right away and prescribed me some pills to help with the symptoms, he wasn’t informative at all. He asked me if I knew what IBS is and I said I knew a bit and apparently that was enough for him because he gave me no additional information whatsoever. He didn’t give me any advice on how to manage it, I’m fact he didn’t tell me I had to manage it at all. I thought after getting treated it would go away but nope, I’m stuck with it, I just have to manage the symptoms but they won’t completely go away, but he didn’t tell me that. He didn’t tell me about what other symptoms I may experience either and as a result I found myself often worrying that certain symptoms I was experiencing were actually caused by something more serious because the symptoms of IBS can be similar to the symptoms of bowel cancer, but he didn’t tell me that…So I had to look it all up myself online in order to reassure myself that I didn’t actually have bowel cancer or something….
More recently, I saw another doctor here for mental health reasons, the doctor I saw was nice and listened to me and she gave me a referral to the one psychologist who works here. The psychologist was suppose to call me to make an appointment but never did. Even after I called the place back a few times and was told that she will call soon, she never did.
So yeah, good place for minor problems but if you’re experiencing more serious problems, I would suggest finding a different clinic, or just go straight to a hospital.
I visit this place today…. A Chineses lady doctor treat me like i was covid patient just because i have flu.start to behave strange…. Very bad behaviour.she shouldn’t be a doctor…. Very bad
Soooo slow, waited for like nearly 2 hours.
Face masks were worn by staff but one older lady was having the mask down and touching her mouth before giving papers and cards back to customers.
Called for a Tetanus booster on Easter Saturday and was in and out within 40 mins. Rose on the phone is a real larrikin. Would pop in again in.
Worst experience ever! The staff was honest admitted the doctor is very slow and told to wait 2 hours.
I suggest choosing another clinic even if you are desperate to see a doctor. Waited here for an hour for some reason all the other patients were checked on but not me. When asked they just kept telling me won't be long.
Worst GP experience in Australia (that's a lot to say) Don't waste your time, I had an awful experience with dr Jian Huang, she wont even touch me to check a foot injury, dismissing my concerns with "oh but you can walk, so you're ok" and treated me in an awful way and shamed me when I said that I was after some help in mental health because I was not coping. I ended up leaving with no answers at all, feeling really shamed and hopeless. She even ripped the consult paper and told me to go and see someone else instead. I bursted in tears as soon as I left the place. I will never come back.
