Terrible haircut. I’ll never go back there. Lady cut my hair haphazardly and it ended up being uneven. There was no attention to detail. I asked her to take some volume out of my hair, to which she replied with a flat out “no”. I couldn’t believe it- so rude and a terrible attitude. Absolutely not worth the $55. Had to get haircut fixed elsewhere the next day (too horrified to go back to Sui) and the hairdresser laughed at my hair because it was so lopsided!

I had an amazing experience here today with Jay! He was so gentle with my long hair and took great care cutting it. I am definitely coming back again. Thank you for such a great experience.

Not worth it for a ladies cut, level of care is little to none. I have long thick hair so usually hairdressers spend a little more time but I was in and out of the chair in less than 15 minutes, even my husbands haircut took longer. It felt rushed and I ended up with choppy, uneven hair and one side of my hair shorter than the other. I’ve been going to Sui for a few years and the quality has just gotten worse, this isn’t my first bad haircut from here. Really disappointed.

My hair length is medium to long. So usually other hair dressers spend 30-40 minutes to cut my hair. However the hairdresser in Sui cut my hair in less than 15 minutes last time. While he's cutting my hair he's chatting& giggling with the colleagues around him too. I felt extremely not taken care of. I wouldn't visit again.

Good and tailor-made service. Come during peak hour may need to wait a while. Suggested make reservation before you come.

I decided to make an appointment at Sui after a colleague of mine recommended the salon. My hair was extremely long, damaged and a real piece of work. Emma did an awesome job and I couldn't be happier with the result. I'll definitely be back!

I go to the one in Melbourne central. It is horrible. I show them the photo but after cutting nothing look similar. And looks so wired. I try to visit the store again, they make the hair look horrible and horrible. They make me look more than 50 years old. And finally, them just shaved my hair without any style, they even not change the size of the tool. And them still charge 55. Trust me do it at home is much better and cheaper than go there.

Used to have good hair dressers. However over time it seems that the standards have dropped significantly, the latest visit totally messed up my hair. I will be looking for a new hair salon.

I had my hair coloured by Julie and another hairdresser (I didn't catch her name), but they did an exceptional job and delivered an amazing result. Julie and the other hairdresser had been very patient throughout the whole 5 hour process, explaining what was going to be done to my hair and what was the best option for me as I had dark hair and wanted to go a very light blonde. Even though the salon had already closed, the two didn't rush to finish my hair and made sure it was just the way I wanted and was happy with the result. This world class experience can also be said for the other staff members at the salon, all were extremely polite and made sure I was comfortable.

Visiting from Perth, walked in off the street for a shampoo and blowdry. They were nice enough to fit me in and I felt like a queen having two people doing my hair at once! The result was stunning. I have long hair (past shoulders) and it's very thick - a LOT of hair - and they only charged me $40! Now I wish they were in Perth!

Kiwoo is an awesome hairdresser. I've been in the process of going from dark to light hair for almost a year and he has been great in helping me with the transition. I highly recommend Kiwoo and sui hairdressers in general.
