Amazing cut and product range! Have trouble finding ability online but over the phone there is no issues.

Jay is very knowledgable in regards to maintaining the desired style, where he advised what kind of length I needed. A bit wary, I trusted his advice and my hair turned out very nice. I believe $45 is normal for a wash and cut, especially since my hair was washed before and after the cut to remove loose hairs. Would recommend to others.

1 star for receptionist service, I have to cancell twice fringe cut because work and family issue, the receptionist's attitide feel like I owe her something and said i reschedule my appointment for more than 3 times while only 2 times i have to cancel for other more urgent reason and receptionist refuse to make another appointment for me? ! Really ridiculous, Thats not feel like service, it is only for haricut, what makes the receptionist think doing haircut is more important than anything else? Please be focus more on service as with this attitude, no one will happy with it.

Nice cut for premium price… however felt ripped off, not sure if there was miscommunication when i was given a recommendation to touch up colour, but I wasn’t asked for colour preference, or a firm yes/no. Forced to go ahead as Sora came out with hair dye as soon as I asked for price.

Been coming here for years and was overcharged a crazy amount for my wash and blow wave. Probably the most expensive I’ve had ever in my life. Would not recommend

This is my regular hair dress shop. Very clean environment and the staff are nice and professional. Highly recommend!

Honestly, in short the service was way overpriced for the attention to detail they give. The haircut was rushed even though there was only 2-3 people in store. They also didn't care about anything that was requested, even though they were nodding and agreeing upon every request. It is preposterous how a salon that charges 45$ for a cut couldnt even do a fade, or at least make the cut even.

Juliet has done an amazing job on my hair, I have been going to Sui Russell since 2019, had my hair cut with Jay it was fabulous too, highly recommend SUI very professional work.

I have been here twice. The first time was recommended by friends. Sora is very friendly and nice and will try meeting the customers’ requirement but design a style which fits better. The staff here is also very attentive. Efficient and nice service. Definitely my fav hair salon now in Melbourne.

Booked for permanent hair straightening and when i got there they said i couldn’t do the treatment because i had coloured hair. They should have asked me if i had coloured hair when they called to confirm my appointment rather than making me waste my time and take time off work to be told I can’t do it. A simple question could have saved me my time and work day.

My Korean hairdresser Angela was very helpful! My hair got lots of damage but she offered me treatment and nice haircut. I received so much complements so far.

My first time at Sui Salon Russell and my haircut was done by Juliet. She did a fantastic job. She was very warm and professional. Highly recommended!

Excellent work on haircuts. I’m usually picky about whom to give my hair but I’ve been a regular for two years. I have recommended few friends of mine too and they seemed to love it as well.

Jay and Sora are the best, not only in providing the most professional service, but also very knowledgeable with styling and maintenance advice for my hair.
