Absolutely appalling service, for such a widely known fast food service you would expect that if you rang ahead gave 20 minutes for the subs to be prepared that they would’ve finished two subs but no it took forty minutes causing me to have to wait another 20 minutes with screaming children. I do not think I will be revisiting this subway soon.
Rang ahead so I wouldn’t have to wait with little children. Was told 20 minutes and 40minutes later we are still waiting.
Quite disappointed in recent events. Used to be a regular but not anymore. The last 3 times i have been here, i havent had a great experience. Seems that the same few staff members are quite rude. First off, you dont greet customers with a "yep" and also seems that the staff have much more important people to talk to waltzing in and out of the door rather than serving customers.
I like to eat sub because we have been offered what we want to eat with range of salad, bread, sauces, cheese even for Salt.
This Subway is in a good and busy shopping place.
Bad customer service, no proper communication to a customer and the food was very average. Need to train the staff.
Used to come to this Subway all the time, however, the change in staff is enough to make me travel the extra few kilometres to another Subway. The attitude and hygiene of the new staff is unacceptable. You would expect the food you’re putting in your mouth and paying for to be made with respect and the staff to provide good customer service. I recently visited and the male that served me displayed the worst customer service experience I’ve had; he was dragging his feet, did not change his gloves, had no energy, slapped the salads on my sandwich and had his pants so all the customers could see his behind - which is exactly what you want to see when they’re preparing your food! Will not be returning unless the young girls come back. I used to get served by the young, shorter girl with dark brown hair and she always made my experience at this Subway a delight. She always made friendly conversation with me, was always smiling and positive, made my sandwich just the way I wanted and was so thankful when I complimented and commended her on her work ethic. Get rid of the updated staff.
