47I went to pick up an online order and I waited for a good 50 minutes for it. When I asked them why it's taken so long the response was they were serving the walk in customers first. I mean how pathetic and stupid their way of working is. It means if you order online, you are at the bottom of the queue, therefore DONT order anything from this place online. I definitely wouldn't.
The staff are unprofessional and speak to each other in Hindi in front of customers. The shop is dirty, the salads are contaminated with other salads. Dust everywhere and strong odour in the store.
Mum ordered us subway for dinner, I got a meatball sub with no capsicum or tomatoes but yet still put it in my sub honestly you’re getting a very bad review! Took a bite of the meatball it was hard as a rock how revolting trying to enjoy my dinner when I can’t enjoy it properly. Seen the recent reviews and I honestly stand by them. Great job subway
Got 2 footlong subs. The assistant decided to someone elses online order inbetween our two which Im assuming is the result of the 1st one being cold while the 2nd sub was nice and hot as it should be. When I asked if it could, I was told all she can do is grill it in the press which l have squashed it flat. Not very nice eating a cold bacon and egg sub. Wont be returning
Quick service when in store. The only issue is when the order is placed online through the app. So many times, the order hasn't even been seen by the staff (or not received by them) and when I go for pick up, that's when they start preparing the order. Gets frustrating as the whole point of online order is to save wait time in store.
This one girl named osya not sure if i’ve spelt it right but that’s what i heard her say was really good with the service and quite friendly and the teriyaki chicken i ordered she made it perfect and fresh
After a horrible experience here months ago, (rude staff, refused to get fresh ingredients as the ones at the front were contaminated with ingredients I am very allergic too) I decided to come here again. AGAIN the shop was disgusting. Very dirty, all the food containers were contaminated with other ingredients, nothing looks as if it had been wiped down and my food was thrown together and no even holding together. When arriving the staff refuse to acknowledge you and when it suits them (after their private personal conversation) they turn around and state ‘what do you want’. Seems as if it’s a large inconvenience to do their job. Every visit I’ve experienced horrible customer service, very average food and honestly disgusting environment
This is the third time I didn’t get the items I ordered. They always forget one or two times to put in the order. Pls guys food is good but service?
Rude and unprofessional staff. They had run out of certain things and the bread was burnt.
Absolutely disgusting! Food was cold and the attitude on there employees is horrible, no smile when you enter just bland rudeness. Never coming back here again!
Don't waste your time. Bread is always stale, missing items galore, always sloppy presentations. It’s not that hard.

Ausea was my sandwich artist and I cannot say more good things about her.
Large detailed order which she filled with ease, always smiling. Very accommodating, so happy with the service.

Got A MEATBALL sub with cheese
Uber-ed, and there were no meatballs in the sub. We checked our order and it clearly said A MEATBALL sub with cheese. All we got was bread and cheese.
They do stuff like this all the time, don’t get order food from here.
Worst subway ever…. Do not give your money to these people. Awful sandwich, full of sauce, hardly had any meat. Cold sandwich which supposed to be toasted and warm… plus horrible customer service…will never go back

So I was charged for footlong inspite I took six inch. I realised after I left store. I came back to ask why I was charged more. The person who served me denied that she served me intially and then she flipped saying she did prepare my sub but didn’t charge me for it. (it was just 5 mins ago she charged me for same!) The in charge person or supervisor was bit rude and loud and experienced was too bad
This make me feel that people working here are not trained at all, no customer service experience and definitely this subway should be reviewed by food inspector and also council before giving them apporval to run as I feel they are ruining the subway franchise.
They gave uncooked cookies when I participated in the survey. Initially they rejected to give. When i challenged they agreed but gave me unbaked thing. I was supposed to give it to my 6 year old son. Thanks God I checked before! And guess what! No apology. She said I did not bake it! What an excuse and what body language! Stay away from them.only God knows what they are giving you in the food along with that attitude! Shame
I went to this subway this afternoon and the customer service was really bad and the server seemed that she didn't want to work there. She put low portions of vegetables and almost put a rotten tomato in my sub. I had to tell her that she had a rotten tomato and then she threw it away. This had happened when I came last time. Not coming here again anytime soon
Generally pretty good until they have run out of stock by lunch time and refuse to replace it & are rude to customers
