47It is a small store with generally friendly staff. Ingredients are fresh and the taste and flavour never change in a good way. Only negative is Subway is getting expensive like alot of of other food places. If it goes up much more I will find it hard to justify the cost for the food unfortunately. Otherwise in terms of choice this is a good Subway outlet.
Worst subway ever.waste of money. Felt like they didn’t like us ordering food. Just a little bit of veggies.not enough meat. Cheese was just for a show. If we are paying why they can’t give decent food that worth for money.
They dont say to you they dont have lettuce until your at the salad section and they say there is a shortange; there is no shortage the coles is just there and they can go.

Went in 8: 45pm they rolled their eyes and said we’re closed, I said ‘15mins early? ’ He said ‘yes sorry! ’ Bunch of young kids just couldn’t be bothered serving wanting to get out on time!
We ordered a cookie platter, so that we could swing past and pick it up on the way to a pre-Christmas do. When we got there, and I said "I'm here to pick up the cookies we ordered under the name ***", the guy behind the counter first couldn't actually comprehend what I said. He said "yep" them walked over to a lady and said something, then came back to me and said "did you want to buy some cookies? ".
I said yes, and that we'd ordered them a few days ago. He said "okay, how many would you like? " And when I said "I'm. However many come on the platter", he started to grab paper bags to fill them up.
I said, "I ordered a platter of cookies, can I have them on a platter please" and he said "yep", then came back with an empty platter, AND my platter
He said "did you order them already? ".
He then handed the platter over and said "have a nice day" and turned around to do something else. I said "I haven't paid for these yet". Just a comedy of errors, but it highlights what must be a super inefficient system of ordering.
I thought I was saving time by ordering in advance, but it would have been much quicker to just go in and buy 30 cookies
Come on Subway, lift your game
First time coming to subway in a long time, the girls working on monday night were very nice amd accomadating.had a nice chat with one of them i think her name lisa, and sandwich was very nice
Approx. 06: 50 p.m Sunday evening I been there to pick up order of customer a Aussie girl working there told me it will take 20-25 minutes to prepare the order customer order this approx 35-40 minutes online through menulog and no customers inside this Restaurent and they need approx 25 minutes to make one subway it's a worst experience of ordering subway from this place where staff have no intension of making food for customer they come only to kill time and get wages some indian girls working at this store very good, very fast in preparing order but at this time I experience very bad service which I never expect.

One stop place if you craving to have subway
I just got foot long tuna melt from this place for. $11.75. Girl served me apply (Spread) very tiny bit of tuna (Not even 50g) from spatula in sandwich. I have asked how much of tuna supposed to be in tuna melt. She stated that we used spatula for get the tuna. As far as I know Subway served 4 scoops of tuna in foot long. This was very bad service. I have going to Subway since 2002 and never get treated like this in past. Very bad service. Owner and workers supposed know how to served the customers and how much quantity they have to serve in sandwich what customers paid for. I will report this to Subway franchise. Very bad experience.
Shout out to the two young lads working tonight they made some subs that they can be proud of and it makes all tjr difference! Even though they were so close to closing they didn't rush and took pride in their work 10/10
They hardly put anything in the roll it was like eating a empty roll.

These people make perfect sandwiches and the manager is also interactive and nice! Loved to visit it!
Unfortunately they do not care much about hygiene
There were flies flying around, no one was wearing hair nets and they didn’t change gloves

I love this subway, specially the ambience, so positive along with nice staff. These people are so expert, they exactly know how to make a proper subway.
During my most recent visit to this specific store an employee had an argument with an Uber eats driver after making the driver wait around 10 minutes for an order, the gentleman eventually stormed out of the store without the meals. Despite this odd occurrence, I continued to get my own sub, regrettably. Upon returning to my home, a clump of around 5-6 hairs was found deeply entangled amongst the lettuce of the sub. I called the store to inform them, however, I was greeted by disgusting phone service by a man who clearly didn’t care. He told me that individuals aren’t wearing aprons and when I recommended that the employees should start wearing company provided hair wear (visors and caps), to try and prevent this issue in the future, he quickly disregarded my comments. I asked if he could pass me on to a store manager, however, he informed the manager was not in. This store is clearly in dire need of proper management, staff that understand the value of customer service and also the importance of personal hygiene in the food service industry.
Started coming to this Subway quite recently after we are planning to move to this area.
This was one of the best Subways I have recently gone to and a very good customer service. Good job guys keep up the excellence.

There was a person who worked here neglect and try to manupulate customers in very rude manner. Very dissapointed and offensive place.
There is a man here that might be in charge, he is extremely rude every single time and looks like he hates his job. At first I thought maybe he’s having a bad day but this is about the fifth time. He never smiles. Is rude to other staff. And throws ingredients around like he can’t be bothered. Extremely off putting and stingy on olives and spinach (about 6 leaves and 8 olives on a foot long and have to ask for extra twice)
Found a clump of hair in my sub and rang up to complain, the guy on the phone didn’t even act as though he cared. Asked to speak to a manager and said that he wasn’t available. They don’t wear any hair nets, hats or aprons to try and keep up with food standards. Feeling very sick and would suggest to avoid this store at all costs.
