Subaru Docklands

I purchased my XV from Subaru Docklands last week and was super happy with the experience. Both Amir and Tai were very friendly, informative and professional. They both answered all my questions and I didn't feel pressured at all. If you're thinking of purchasing a Subaru, you need to have a chat with these guys. Great team.

Terrible. I made a booking to get my new Liberty checked over for midday. Upon check-in, I was told the wait would be 1hr or even maybe 2. For a 15 minute check, I thought that was a bit long but decided to wait. It was over 2 hrs before the car was even driven in to the workshop for the short check up. What is the point of an appointment system if you have to wait 2 ½ hrs for a 15 minute check of fluid levels? I'll never go back to that workshop

We were heavily leaning toward buying a RAV 4 (Toyota) ; however, we thought we would stop by Subaru Docklands to test drive a few of their cars. The customer service we received was out of this world. Just the right amount of support without being overbearing. The whole team really looked after our needs and were incredibly patient as we worked through our decisions. They even let our dogs come to the lot to see how they would fit in the back of a few of the cars we were looking at. Thank you so much for your support and guidance. Hands down better than the Toyota dealer and for us, that meant we bought a new car from you. We appreciate all of the assistance you provided.

We had a wonderful experience with Subaru Docklands, so happy with our Forrester. Ahbi helped us through the whole experience from start to finish and made it a pleasure for us. Ellie was very professional and helpful. She explained the features of the new Outback which was a very impressive car. I recommend contacting Ellie at Dockland Subaru to discuss your Subaru requirements.

Disappointed that when my wife dropped the car off she was advised that there would be $175 diagnostic fee because the car was out of Warranty. Luckily she called me and I advised that the car was still under warranty after further checking the warranty status was confirmed. Not sure how a dealer can get this wrong.

The layout of the modern showroom is great, the staff friendly and helpful.
A great place to see all the models and accessories. Plenty of parking and easy to find.

I cant recommend Subaru Docklands highly enough. Billy Trovato was exceptional. The entire process was seamless. Billy went above and beyond.

Gaurav provided excellent customer service from the moment I walked into the dealership. He was able to explain all of the features of the car and was able to answer any questions I had. He also allowed me time to make a decision on the car I wanted without pushing me to make any decision which was great. On the hunt for a new car, Subaru was one on the list to check out. The sales assistance was friendly and helpful. Talked us through a couple of different models, and was very accomodating when we asked to go on a slightly longer test drive to get a good feel for the car.

Customer service and the "service" overall is very poor here. I would not recommend. Go to another dealer to get a better experience.

Customer service straight out of the 90's. Rude and argumentative staff left such a deplorable impression it has prompted me to vent my frustration online. First and only review. You've now lost 2 cars and are the talking point of my circle.

Highly recommend seeing Gaurav at Docklands Subaru - kept me in the loop and messaged me whenever he had a WRX come into the market. Ended up purchasing a demo WRX from the dealership and couldn't be happier. Anyone in the market for a WRX/STI should go see him!
