64Just picked up my new car got exactly what I asked for, was given a fair trade in which is rare with dealership's. So I'd highly recommend subaru docklands and a big thank you to sale's manager Andrew a real gentleman to deal with.

$4500, at least 8 visits later over 8 months, and no cure and no refund, despite a written guarantee.this lot are not competent.they did provide a loan vehicle, and the workshop manager is affable.but no cure and no refund,
Rebecca provided Great Service as l dropped off my vehicle. It was the first major service but was quick and at the set price. This was all completed within COVID-19 safe settings. Thanks Subaru Docklands for your ongoing support and ensuring everyones safety.

I went here last week as an essential worker going to work. It was a Saturday I'm sure. I used to have a 2001 wrx and was thinking I may need to get back into the Subaru life. As I walked in at about 1330 hrs a car approached me saying I'm not allowed in. Hmm I thought.why. He responded with an attitude and said the bollards which he drove through mean I'm not allowed in and I should have known that.so I think if I look at the new wrx it will be at a different dealer. Fantastic service. Took 4 hours as apposed to all day at another dealer I used to go to. Very well organised - Covid perfect.
Got a mazda 3 about 4 months ago.
I was pretty sure I would buy the car when I phoned up, so I said Bring it to me, and they did 20km away in a hour!
Took it for a spin and gave a deposit, but Had to wait 6 days - should have been at worst next day pickup on a used car?
Only done 6000km and no issues.

Very helpful team that arranged smooth delivery of my new 2021 Outback. Ahbi also provided some operational hints about the 'computer on wheels' that may be hard to find in the manual, which was really handy. The car arrived clean and on-time.

Smooth process from the time you book in right through to when you collect your car. Friendly staff who communicate in a clear and straightforward manner. The fixed price service is a real positive.

I came into the store the other day and left very satistified. Sanjay was the sales person looking after me and he was friendly, very informative and pleasant to be around. He wasn't selling me a routine pitch and gave me time to myself to look around. Although I didn't buy a car, I would definitely go back to Subaru and ask for Sanjay. He's knowledge and passion for cars is evident and I know he would point me in the right direction. Finally a down to earth guy who isn't more focused on his commission.
