We have had a very pleasant experience with Subaru Docklands over the last two weeks. Today we picked up our new Crosstrek and we are so happy! Thank you to Kai for his genuine care and honesty throughout our experience purchasing a new vehicle.

Special mention to Taruna (Business Manager) who was an absolute delight and really made finalising the whole purchase comforting and straight forward.

From our initial contact with Subaru Docklands to picking up our new BRZ, the entire team have been amazing to deal with. A massive, massive thank you to Michael who listened to what we wanted and without being salesy, helped us find our perfect car. He was always on hand to answer questions and gave us a comprehensive run through when we picked up our car. Thank you so much Subaru Docklands (esp Michael & Pre) - we are totally in love with our new baby (Bruce the BRZ).

Sooooo happy with my new 4/23 BRZ S, and even more happy with the after sales, helping me understand the cars features, and booking me in for the first service. Stepped straight in and completed a 2,000km round trip from Melbourne to Oberon and return, and the car didn’t put a foot wrong and is everything I dreamed it would be. Thanks so much Michael

I had the pleasant experience with my salesperson Sanjay. A very authentic and gentle character, not pushy, explained everything, not in a hurry to close the deal then and there. Made sure I got every bit of an anniversary limited discount offer. Very happy with my purchase from Subaru Docklands.

Friendly and polite staff. Contacted me to confirm a few other parts my car needed along with a quote. Car was ready as indicated when dropped the car off. And.courtesy Uber. Very happy with all.

The service team are great and helpful. Never had any issues having my impreza serviced.
The sales team on the other hand are some of the worst I have dealt with.
I was invited to a VIP event, it wasn't clear where to go. When I got in I was ignored. I approached one person who said they will grab someone for me. 10min later I approached the counter and they said they would send someone over. I left after 30min. I was also supposed to have my car appraised for trade-in/sale and couldn't get that done. I decided to submit my car detail and photos through their online appraisal system. It claims someone will be in contact with my within 48hours, it's being just over two weeks and still no contact.
This has left me quite upset, I went from excited to upgrade my car to a WRX to disappointment.

I'm still looking at selling my 2017 Impreza.

22/11 Unscheduled maintenance was required on my Outback. Fault was quickly diagnosed and fixed. Andrew briefed me what had happened and the prevention methods were explained.

Service has slipped a bit since offering to pick up my car from home during lockdown. Cars running fine, smelt of petrol fumes for 2 days after service. I’m happy with my Subaru and service overall.

Sam was fantastic and could not do enough for me. Since 2016 when I brought my first Subaru from Docklands I have been pleased with the service and am happy to even travel from Geelong.

Still operates in lockdown. Safety recall and major service in recent months. Costs of service are disappointing. Only amenity down side is the cutbacks to customer beverages and snacks.

My experience at Subaru Docklands has been 5 Star all the way. Sanjay was/is fantastic both during and after my purchase. The Outback 21 is next level. Its fantastic. I love the car and can't thank Sanjay enough for his service to me.

Big shout out to Michael and his team at Subaru Docklands Service Department. They were able to quickly assess an issue we were having with our vehicle and promptly rectified the problem. Excellent communication throughout the process. When dropping off and collecting our vehicle, we are always warmly welcomed by the Service Department Staff - even during difficult lockdown times. Thanks for all your help.

The mark up the parts department put on their OEM parts should be criminally punishable. Exactly the same OEM parts from overseas are 1/7th of the price, even after I’ve paid import tax. Should be ashamed of yourselves, thieves.
