Stratco

Popped into Stratco to see if they could help me out for some gutters, turns out they had all what I needed and saved my day. Cheers to Aiden for hooking me up on a great deal.

Thought I would go out of my way to say how good the service was. Young Aiden went out of his way to make sure my orders were correct and on time, very helpful and recommend to anyone for fencing and sheds.

Went into Stratco looking for some information on a patio. Spoke to Dale who was amazing with his knowledge and his expertise. He made the difficult decisions of buying a patio much more easier. He was very professional and very patient. Great customer service!

We bought an outback patio with that help of Dale at the stratco Ferntree Gully store. Dale was so helpful, patient and knowledgeable. He took the time to go through all the options with us and helped us with the custom build. I’d definitely recommend his service! My dad also used his service through my recommendation.

I have been looking at sheds for the longest time now and as a person who values customer service, I have been left rather dispondant in this pursuit.

THAT IS, until I met Aiden at Stratco Ferntree Gully.

I had an idea of what I was wanting to achieve with my shed and as a guy who spends a lot of time working on his vehicles, I had a very specific idea of what I wanted to achieve. The other retail stores in the area seemed disinterested at best when it came to my requirements and seemed only to be interested in selling "in the box"

Aiden was understanding of my needs, took my concerns into consideration and provided me with thoughtful insight and expert advice. He was able to provide helpful suggestions throughout the process and flagged conflicts in the build that I would have not been aware of otherwise.

The shed now sits proudly on my property and it is a thing of considerable joy to me. I find myself smiling openly every time I walk towards it and I want to spend all my spare time in it. Every facet of this shed is high quality and the entire process was considered and well executed.

Aiden was the cornerstone that facilitated this and I could not dump higher praise onto him. He is an outstanding individual and a spectacular asset to the Stratco organisation. It's people like Aiden that allow these organisations to position themselves where they are in the market.

If you are after a shed, or any other product that is available within the Stratco line, you would be doing yourself a disservice by seeing anyone else.

Come here and didn't know that's they didnt have sheets on site. But that's ok. I placed an order and they cut to size which is really really handy. Come back the next weekend to pick up the order (because I couldn't come sooner) they do offer a delivery service but I wasn't in a rush to get the sheets. Come to pick it up and the order was ready and the guy helped us load it in the ute.
Quilty of the product is to a high standard as you would expect from Stratco.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Dale over the last week and a bit, helping me with a shed design I was eager to achieve. With not to much effort on my part, I was signing off on my perfect shed/mancave. Can't wait to build day later next month. Really great 1st time dealing with Stratco, will defiantly be back to see Dale and the team at Ferntree Gully.

Been dealing with the Ferntree Gully staff members for years, All staff members extremely helpful and so pleasant to deal with, i have dealt with other companies in the past and Stratco beat them ten fold, in regards to service, material quality, turn around times, ect.

The worst customer service ever. Tried to use these guys multiple times. Every time I’ve had to use their product it had been a huge ordeal.
From orders being messed up to the worst customer service. Never experienced anything as bad. Sorry guys but pick up your game.

Just spent 40 mins trying to sort out guttering and downpipes. Had staff walk past me several times. Give stratco ferntree gully a miss!

May have got my business if they had ever answered the phone

Outstanding customer service by team member Blake, cannot express how happy I am with his service and attentive nature. Real asset to the Ferntree Gully store!

Waited for ages at counter and then people coming in the door were seen before us. Fobbed off to outside company which never followed through as they were 'busy'. Lost $20,000 worth of business
