Great service in helping my partner and i buy our new shed, thanks to James for helping us out and making it a very easy process.

UPDATED: Ordered a shed and was not delivered all the parts. Initial calls to rectify were not handled in a satisfactory way but after being escalated to the Regional Operations Manager Brett, he made a visit to the site, got all the parts delivered quickly and gave a good will discount. So while the initial delays were quite stressful for our build, Stratco did eventually rectify all issues and I am satisfied with the final product.

Terrible experience: The sheets are wrong size to start with, then the excuse was they have been squashed during delivery, then refuse to fix it even we have photo proof, the store manger - who was extremely unbothered, unapologetic and unhelpful. Never want to go the this shop again.

Ordered online click and collect. Was ready when they said it would be and hte guys instore offered good advice when i collected. Inverter cover was easy to assemble and looks great. 10/10

I had a small top up order for my Dublin fencing project which Dohc organised both efficiently and quickly.

Never trust them, they use the excuse about duty of care story, and won't let you pick up anything over 1.8mt long, but they are happy to charge $167.00 for a local delivery,

James - was very helpful in supplying quote for a pool fence within couple of days, followup service to keep up to date on the status of delivery, job well done James.

I had a small side fence to put in before the grandkids arrive for Christmas. I worked what was required and checked on the Stratco Website, very easy to work out the total cost of my project. On visiting Stratco Ferntree Gully I was met by Stuart who sourced all my needs and brought all thegoodsto my car. Stuart was excellent, very friendly and offered very helpful sdvice.
Thanks again Stuart I will certainly be coming back again when I start my next project.

This particular store has a lot in it and the customer service needs a gold rating to it they are so helpful and when they came to put up my shed the helpful service came with that as well

Fabulous service right up to the point of paying in full for a shed. Horrific service since. Unreturned phone calls and emails, we have now requested a refund due to the delivery date being one month after the time discussed at ordering and the amount of work to get that done is ludicrous. One swipe to pay, 10 phone calls and numerous emails and it is yet to be received. I just spoke to the store manager and have been promised they’re working on the refund but can’t be given any time frames - they are so inundated and busy they are struggling to keep up. In my books that’s a poor cop out. Do yourself a favour and use another company.

Could not be happier with my Stratco Sanctuary Patio (Carport) structure. James was excellent to deal with and everything went smooth and rapidly which I appreciated. I was surprised that all lengths were oversize so as we could cut down to length required. I did make some mistakes in my measurements, but it was not a problem and even allowed it to be a more perfect fit on installation then I had hoped.

If you want the best quality and the best customer service then it's worth paying just a little more -it's called Value for Money. After a lot of quotes, I chose Stratco Ferntree Gully for a 7m x 3m shed. I have built 2 sheds, a garage and a patio previously - 3 of the 4 were Stratco. James from Stratco was of great assistance - Sometime I build, but this time I needed a builder - I asked James - he was able to provide a local builder: who I am please to say is very competent, and when we experienced a design issue with the shed - no problems, James resolved it; a great example of you pay for what you get. I can highly recommend Stratco Ferntree Gully. Simon C
