Experience has been great. The product we ordered works however was slightly bent/damaged. It didn't affect how it works etc it was just slightly annoying to put together and took a few swings of the hammer to rectify. But collection etc was great! Even during lockdown!

I had a decking and verandah project that was a bit out of the ordinary. I met James at Stratco FTG and explained what I needed. This was in between lockdowns. James was incredibly helpful and guided me through the ordering process. Over the next week or so, I made some changes and James was very accommodating. The final products are being delivered on Monday and I'm looking forward to the construction stage (by me!). I highly recommend Stratco Ferntree Gully as a very professional, helpful and service-oriented business.

The service was sensational. David Orrock helped me through the process of getting a shed for a current project and I would certainly recommend this group to anyone.

Order 2 rusted metal garden screens on-line. Simple process, placed order, within 4 hours I was notified they were ready to pick-up. I drove to the store called the provided phone number and 2 workers came and placed them on my roof rack. Excellent service, no hassles or problems

I just came in with my neighbour to this Stratco shop at Ferntree Gully to look at the fences. The moment we walked in, we were attended by a young guy with a smile and his name is Michael. He was attentive, polite and helpful. Both of us were really happy with his service and we have selected the fence product type and colour that we wanted. Overall, it was a great experience. I thought it was worth a mention about the Store Manager at your Ferntree Gully branch. We recently finalized our pergola/patio with Stratco and it has been a very lengthy and tedious process (on our end) to finalise the order. In this time Aiden has given us confidence in our purchase by displaying a good understanding of not only the product but the requirements for it to be installed (it was not a simple install). He has been extremely patient, helpful and has given us a fantastic experience with Stratco, we could not recommend Aiden or his store highly enough!

A bad experience all round. Purchased 2 steel gates (DIY project). Got them home & cut the posts to go up, then discovered no good for area (dyna bolts stick out too far to allow for gate etc). Turns out wrong post for brick walls. I've already cut and drilled so no return. As I now recall I advised exactly where it was going but I was "confusing" the original guy, and i should "just tell him the opening size". Tried to contact 2 Stratco approved installers with no return calls. Now I can either buy 2 more posts @ $160 something each (extra) and wait 3 weeks delivery, or get a fencer to try and work with what we have at an hourly rate over couple of days.keeping in mind I've already started job, I can't wait the 3 weeks or pay for new post. This will now cost me double the actual gate. Other guy that works there tried, but there was no fixing this without me paying extra. Very disappointing. Very expensive.

Wanted to order the Double Shed with Rollers Doors. I knew exactly what a wanted. So sign at frint entrance said "Condition of Entry, use Sanitiser" it was empty, I said the the store attendant, your Sanitier is empty, what should I use. "Answer NUFFIN until I have a chance to fill it! Great Covid Care Policy Strathco. Lost my business.

Been fencing over 30 years, tried stratco for steel fencing. Got promised delivery time.extremely late delivery and more expensuve

Bought a large shed back in early March and paid the full amount so order could be placed. Delivered on 30 April at our request. Recommended installer was contacted and slab was poured ready. Installation was started and shed put up. Found no window suppled as paid for. Installer commented on wall sheets being too short which has left a gap around whole shed where water and vermin can get in. Rang stratco re window 2 weeks ago and still nothing has arrived or promised call backs not forthcoming. Contacted again but still waiting. Rang head office last Monday regarding visit to look at short sheets by rep and was told Manager at Ferntree Gully would call back GUESS what still waiting. Rang again today and told they are extremely busy and Manager had a RDO on Monday! If this is Stratco Customer Service I am disappointed. Obviously my mistake was paying upfront.

Let's see how long the saga will continue. As I have just been told everyone is busy with customers at the moment so Manager will call back. I wait with bated breath.

Dealt with a young chap named Brett Koelewyn whose customer service was outstanding. We had a long standing building issue and he cut through the b.s. Quickly and resolved our issue in ten days. Stratco products are top shelf and combined with this young blokes customer service skills and his willingness to help ensures that we will continue to take our custom to Stratco.

If your not sure where your going, it's very easy to miss the driveway on busy Burwood Hwy and then it's just annoying to have to do a U-turn

Went in with an open mind and just browsing to see what is available. Mmm a lot.
After talking with Troy, after about 20 minutes walked out with a quote for remote controlled blinds. I think we'll be back.for more pricing and information.

Got a good deal, found that if you spend the time and go to these places you get a better deal than the phone call, so stop the c, p about being time poor and go
