47The staff have been great when I have been to collect my nephew on numerous occasions, it's in a great location and parking is easily available at the centre.
My children love going to Wallaby childcare Black Rock. The girls in the Babies Room are so wonderful and very nurturing. The chef is always preparing healthy and nurtrious meals for the children.
I would not send my children anywhere else!
The staff are very accommodating, welcoming, and friendly. We find it is a positive and stimulating environment for the children. Very happy with the service overall, wouldn't send our children anywhere else.
This place is wonderful. The staff are attentive and helpful. They always make sure the children are cared for. Busy when needed and restful when required.

Over the last 12 months we have experienced the resignation of supportive and wonderful staff from Wallaby Black Rock. We have sinced found another kinder / childcare that is friendly, professional with a family environment that understands children are active learners and need a to be challenged. In addition, managment did not want to know why we were leaving.another missed opportunity to understand why many families are finding other centres.
The staff there booked one of my limos for their work function. Despite holding the car for over a month and never responding to my requests for a deposit they cancelled a few days out when I chased them yet again. Not much respect for others. Take your kids elsewhere where they have some manners
