Talked to an idiotic woman by the name of Roxy in the contact centre who can’t even find my property land tax and keep putting me on hold, 30’ and still can’t get the land tax.if you can’t do your job properly, work somewhere else. Transferred to Tahlia, get it within 2’, thank you!

Very poor service. They posted me paperwork this year trying to charge land tax for 2018 for the place is under my title and is my residential home.

Got a fine for overdue landtax as I was living away from my only property for 2 years. I hope you will use the money to update your website. The information is too vague.

Part of the greediest network in Australia. States like WA and Qld dont collect fees for trust documents, SRO $200. Land tax and stamp duties are horrendous in this state. Now they want a vacant property owner tax.
Just pure greed.

As a real estate agent I find them fantastic at answer questions in regards to stamp duty to help clients

Why are banks able to get the First Home Owners Grant without the Cert of Occupancy before the owners? Can't really make sense of a rule like that

Another fraudulent corporate entity trying to pass off as a legitimate government agency who obviously have never read the 1900 constitution which clearly mentions that no state is to impose taxes on the people of the state, Please explain how the S. R. O managed to get around this law and does that mean that the public can also ignore any statutes and act, hang on second we don't have to ignore the illegally legislated statutes and acts because they were not created using due process, these morons should know they have been discovered and the people are awake to the shenanigans but these deluded thieves continue to collect taxes from the people of Australia like they have some write to do so even though the whole government has been exposed for being a corporate entity registered as a corporation on the stock exchange under the control of the Vatican.it's people like these parasites that commit fraud against there own people as a result of ignorance,

2) they have taken an oath or signed a contract to never reveal the truth regarding the racketeering, in exchange for very generous wages and bonuses which we the (victims) pay for.charging stamp duty on.insurance premiums after gst, Tax on Tax on Tax.

I have looked up pensioner concessions on purchase of PPR. Told on phone yesterday none up to $550,000. But site is old and quotes $330,000 I think 2011 figures. Staff wonderful very pleasant and helpful. But expect everything to be done on line which is not possible for some trying to register and pay duty on Testamentory trusts.
