Great place to have some exclusive whiskeys and cocktails! Best part is you can get food from outside and enjoy with warm winter collection ‘Toddy’.

Great distilery and venue that provides not only amazingly good booze but provides a memorable experience delivered by knowledgeable and competent staff.

The staff are knowledgeable, the whisky is tasty and it smells amazing. Definitely recommend a tour here to get a better understanding of how it differs from how others distill whisky. Food menu is limited but we'll curated and they are open for you to order Uber Eats. Would definitely recommend visiting.

That was a totally random discovery and absolutely fantastic too. I just spotted the distillery while walking to a nearby brewery and dropped by on an impulse. The place looks fantastic and features very good whiskies too. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, have greatly enjoyed a whiskey tasting (“flight”) and am sure to come back for more. Highly recommended.

We had a great visit to starward. We took the 7 pm tour with Shane. He was fantastic and very knowledgeable. He took extra time with us to answer our questions. The whisky exceeded my expectations. My only constructive criticism is to improve the veggie distillery cheese platter, as the bread was stale. Otherwise it was an amazing visit.

Their whiskey is great, especially Nova stands out. Their bar is very nice too.
I took the Thursday evening distillery tour and masterclass. The tour around the distillery was informative. The masterclass was not remarkable really. The guide told us it was her first time doing the masterclass, so I could understand. But I think it wasn't worth $ 120.
I would suggest them to run the masterclass more professionally. And I wouldn't recommend the masterclass.

We did the $10 distillery tour and it was definitely worth the money. The young lady (apologies, I've forgotten her name) did a great job describing the process of how they make their whisky to the group. At the end you get three tastings (worth the cost of the tour alone). If you haven't tried their whisky I highly recommend that you do so, because even my partner who isn't usually a neat whisky drinker found the first two (the more expensive ones) nice (I loved them!).
It's great to see and taste a premium Aussie whisky and I'll look to buy them more often moving forward.

Awesome distillery for an awesome Australian whisky brand. Go for the tour which is worth the whole to understand the whole process from mashing to distillation. Afterwards hit up the bar for a dram or two of Solera or Nova. They have some distillery only bottles on offer that you can get while you're there.

The tour was informative but a little short, you get to taste the produce in the end. If you’re short of time or can’t get a place on the tour you can just visit, the bar is great and you can still buy the bourbon cask. A very unique and somewhat memorable whisky compare to all the ones I had, I might be going crazy but to me it has an oily finish and leaves a peanut butter after tone! Love it!

Excellent place with amazing staff. Would 100% recommend for any whiskey or gin lover. Very friendly and knowledgable staff with a lot of expertise.

This is place is fantastic. We celebrated one of my mates birthday's party and we had a really good time. The guys at the bar are all legends. Also, we did the whisky tasting and tour that they offer, the guide was very nice and friendly and what is more important she knew was she was talking about. I highly recommend this place.

Well worth the trip out and make sure you pre book for the whisky tour, a great experience and the tour guides are fantastic.

Do the tour. You get two tastings at the end, plus 10% off other purchases. Easily pays for itself. Bar staff are knowledgeable and cocktails are high quality. Large space with nice breeze and natural light. Visited March 2018.

We came to visit and we wished we lived in Melbourne so we could come back more frequently! Andy and the staff were more than welcoming, the tour was informative; drink and food was delicious.

Great product. But the service at the distillery is really poor. Was served food then waited for cutlery for 10 mins, waited at the bar to buy a bottle while the staff proceeded to serve other people that approached
