Incredible place! We did the masterclass with Kyle and it was by far the best whisky experience we have done to date. Looking forward to bringing the family back in the near future. New favourite spot!

Disappointed that the company which owns Starward, New World Whiskey do not have a union agreement with their workers who make such awesome products!

We had a ball at the Masterclass with Kyle. Kyle was very entertaining and also very knowledgeable on all Whisky's. We recommend doing the Masterclass got a lot from doing it and totally enjoyed the tasting too.

Great tour and sampling at their distillery. Awesome and unique Aussie whiskies and something different but definitely worthwhile. Highly recommend the Peated and Octave Barrels whiskies.

Great service and very knowledgeable man behind the bar. Kyle your a superstar and an asset to the business.

The design and quality of Starward Whiskey shows from the delectable Whiskey tastings, the architecture and cocktails with cool square ice cubes. Loved it and will be returning!

I went last night for the first time, order 2 whisky flights and a coktail, I was in a hurry and did not checked my receit until I got home.and realized they over charged me for my whisky flights and coktail! The whisky is great, but I don't think I will visit back if this is the way they conduct their business.

Everything from the elegant red brick, old stills and vibrant staff made our trip to Starward fantastic. As someone who was looking forward to doing a tour but missed out, the staff took it upon themselves to make my experience as memorable as possible whilst giving guidance, flair and all round great vibes.

Absolutely incredible drinks, funky decor, friendly and knowledgeable staff. You have to visit if you're a lover of whisky or a complete newbie!

The kids who are running the joint in Port Melbourne have a lot to learn about customer service. Instead of welcoming you with a warm and positive message you get a spotty kid yelling at you asking for vax cert. AND that's in April 2022! As an American who just flew into Melbourne recently I was not impressed seeing such poor behaviour at such a well known local establishment.

Ok.this is nuts but this place is so good.

Do a taste test or try a few craft beers but don't miss the distillery for the whisky. You'll be kicking yourself.

The platters are quite large, tasty and worth the coin. The drinks are great. Just remember to have a designated driver, you'll need one.

I haven't been to the distillery yet but I received a bottle for Xmas 21 and as a long time wild turkey drinker I was bloody impressed with the product, as a bloke, floral overtones with citrus back flavouring and a hint of vanilla bouquets to me is naff. I enjoy a wee dram for what it is "a drink to enjoy" cheers fella.

Neat setup, we were a last minute booking lateish on a Saturday night and they didn't have much food left but we enjoyed the whisky and the experience. Will be back

Well from start to finish, the service here was exceptional. From the friendly greeting at the door to the very polite bar staff. We were lucky enough to be treated to a tour of the facility as well. Now for the tasting! Our first time at Starward and the 5 glass whiskey tasting is the way to go. Let's just say every taste did not dissapoint. We purchased a bottle and we will be back. Thank you to Patty and the crew for the great experience.

Beyond Redundancy!

I live in the UK and wanted to arrange a gift to be delivered to my brother in law in Melbourne. Unfortunately I made an error on the address. Even though it was my error Lizzie was more than helpful and sorted it out for me. Excellent customer service and products, I would highly recommend.

Came for a Saltsmith pairing night, couldn't have been happier! Beautifully paired meat and whisky, event was a really honest and fair price. Whisky, as usual was phenomenal and Saltsmith bacon was out of this world! This is an experience you cant miss

Popped in for an after work event on a Friday. Manager was great and good vibes. Food delivery being allowed is a huge plus.

Finally made it to the distillery as a walk in today and can’t wait to go back for a tour!

Staff were super friendly and attentive. It was fantastic to see everyone there is passionate about the product and really knew their stuff.

100% will be going back with more mates!
