St Kilda Superclinic reviews
89I have been going to St Kilda Super Clinic for years. I highly recommend this Clinic, great service and greet staff and doctors. Had a blood test a few weeks ago. The nurse on duty gave great service and totally relaxed me as I do not like needles. I would highly recommend nurse on duty, highly professional and friendly
Great place to get covid 19 from. Some staff are just walking around without masks. One came back from a break and feigned pulling a scarf up for the second in which she crossed the door threshold. Also no social distancing was evident. Meanwhile people are getting temp checked and it's compulsory for everyone else to wear a mask. When I challenged them about this I was told this staff member had a medical exemption. Really? And they are still allowed to work in high risk area. One would assume if your medical condition exempts you from a mask then you'd be excuse from working in an infectioous environment. Especially if you have underlying health issues. My partner recently had major surgery and we are trying to stay quarantined under stage 4 but it scares the hell out of me that health care staff would rather put everyones life at than have time off like the rest of us.
Other complaints I have are undiagnosed broken bones and being treated like a drug addicted when I needed medication for the bones that were broken. Because they couldn't do there job properly. Honestly, if you're dying, you be better of just letting it happen than go anywhere near this fast food style medical centre. Rude over privileged staff!
It was my first time attending the St Kilda Super Clinic and I must admit I am not impressed with the experience. Went for a simple blood test, was told I would get a text saying my results are in and to expect about around 1 week for the results to return.
One week on, I called to confirm that they will contact me when the results are in. Still hadn’t heard anything yet and was told I would receive a text.
Third week now, called and found out my results came in 3 days after my initial test and they don’t contact their clients when the results are returned.
How does any of that make sense. It doesn’t.
NOT GOOD. I had an appointment with Dr. David Hoadley. I have a very noticeable infection ON MY FACE which I have had in the past and gets worse very quickly. Once I mentioned a very effective cream a past Doctor had given me, (from months of trial and error with antibiotics and creams until an effective one was found) he rolled his eyes, and quickly dismissed it. He was happy to leave me with NOTHING which was very stressful. Felt like I almost had to beg for my medicine with this condescending Dr. I got my prescription in the end but it wasn't easy, seemed like it was a huge hassle for him.
I can see there are other 1 star reviews from people with similar issues. Can't somebody do something about this?
I attended the clinic to meet with the cdm nurse regarding a health plan. Bree is a fantastic nurse who shone with warmth and sincerity. Throughout the appointment she was invested in providing the best outcome for my situation. In a time where people lack genuine care for others, Bree is a stand out!
Up until now, we have had an ok experience with this clinic over the last year. Not having any major health concerns helped. But after my last two visits I am shocked at the level of service, both from reception over the phone (rude) and the abysmal treatment I received from the GPs. I came in with a very serious problem, already near tears and the GP proceeded to spout disinformation at me in a condescending manner. Not only that, neither time did they ever perform ANY type of examination. No pulse, blood pressure, heart check, H/W check. Nothing. Appalling service. The only reason I gave two stars is because I did end up getting a referral and my other visits have been mediocre, but sufficient. I hope I am treated like a human being the next time I visit this place. It is what every patient deserves!
Despite having a confirmed appointment, I had to wait for 50 minutes! This happens everytime and not just once. Terrible experience waiting for 40 minutes (average) everytime.
Added to this, the front office staff aren't polite.
Had a skin appointment booked in waited 1: 15hrs while the doctors and several staff wwre trying to fix a printer, these people seriously couldn't give a dam about their customers, Just in it for bulk billing the masses.
I called for the first time today and no one answered for over 5 mins Forget going there if they can't even answer the phone
Didn’t had to wait too much but doctor pett was kinda rude. Wasn’t listening to me at all and just cross questioned several times instead of understanding the problem. Won’t recommend.
Cold receptionists. Beat up couches. A very rude and poor exam with the Dr. This used to be a clinic that was well run and warm. Those days are over! Oh- and go to the loo at home before you get there- absolutely atrocious!
Been coming here for years, its getting worse in appearance each time. Asked what the? Just a smile, next.
Great clinic apart from one awful experience with Dr Brahman
Felt like he was going out of his way to not help and condescend me, incredibly rude. Would give him a 1 star if it weren’t for other great doctors at this clinic
Went in last night with a cut to my finger, have never experienced such efficient and friendly staff! The girls were lovely and bubbly, the doctor was available quickly and the nurse who glued me up could not have been more professional and gentle.
Absolutely amazing, so so busy so I believe this is the reason as all clinics run behind, is the only reason for any lower review, doctors are amazing staff are amazing and reception is incredible. Highly recommend LisaAnne LASkin CosMedink
No body picks phone ever.very bad service.
Dr. Manju salaria is super rude. Doesn't have manners to talk to patients.
Went here everyday for a week. The staff is very friendly and their work is excellent. I never had to wait longer than 5 minutes even without an appointment (just for a nurse)
Went there a year ago, without booking, after my dog almost bit my hand off. Waited 3 minutes, was met by lovely female doctor and lovely female nurse, treatment and advice were efficient, competent, friendly and free. Was out 20 min after walking in, with beautiful bandage, tetanus shot and good advice about wound healing, infection and about what not to do when my dog has a bone. Good experience.
They are not on time most of the time, they barely check what is your issue and don't hesitate in booking another appointment in order to cash in on people. Not really good experience
I have never had to wait for any more than 20 mins when I've got an appointment, and no more than an hour when I walked in off the street, that was only once. I have been going there for around 3 to 4 years now, I see the same doctor everytime and I am very satisfied with the service. I have never had any problems with the reception staff either. I believe if you treat people with respect and a friendly smile you will get the same response back. So people be a little more patient.
