Was apprehensive about not being bulk billing anymore, but it does cut out the time wasters, and in the end it’s only $23 out of pocket. I think the place has cleaned itself up and is a bit more professional and dedicated now. The doctors aren’t work horses and shouldn’t be made to work late nights like they used to for people that just have a cold.

The receptionist Nola is so rude, I’ve dealt with her multiple occasions and she’s always the same. She doesn’t seem to enjoy the customer side of her job.shouldn’t be in a customer facing role.

Been seeing Dr Jundier for 12 months pre and post pregnancy. She's been nothing but amazing! Bub has had his 2 and 4 month vaccinations here and both times the ladies have been so patient and kind. I've had numerous blood tests and again every staff member I've come across has been so professional and caring. Thank you team!

Dr David Hoadley has terrible bedside manner. Has a poor attitude, curt, condicending, dismissive and seems like he hates his job. So if you'd like to see a doctor with an ounce of care, I don't recommend David.

I have been to this clinic for years. If you book ten minutes you get ten minutes so it’s quick and efficient and always on time with none of the endless waiting times some clinics put you through. Having established a nice rapport with my doctor, I am very happy with the service. The nurses are super friendly (who take blood). If you’re looking for a long chatty service this clinic is not for you!

Dr Stephen Pett is an incredibly dismissive, unprofessional and negligent GP. My friend attended the clinic requesting an echo due to having to present to emergency the day before for severe chest pains and difficulty breathing. TWO emergency doctors recommended an echo and when my friend attended her appointment with Dr Pett, she was met with a dismissive attitude and was told “you wouldn’t be here if it was just back pain, you’re just worried because it’s your chest”. Even after my friend disclosed her medical history of two chronic conditions that affect her heart, including a prolapsed valve. He did not believe she was told to get an echo because it was not written down anywhere. This is completely disgraceful and unethical - I would not recommend this clinic to anyone unless you want to be medically neglected when you’re at risk of heart complications, and talked down to by a condescending old man.

My doctor was an older British chap, who had to be the worst GP I have ever had. He was condescending, unhelpful, and downright disrespectful. It was very clear he wanted to keep the appointment as short as possible and not do any work if he could help it. I would recommend any other GP in St Kilda over this one, and they’ll be cheaper too. Avoid this place (or at the very least the older British doctor here) at all costs!

I have been at this clinic for a few years and have always had an easy, convenient and consistent service provided by doctors, nursing and admin staff. This busy clinic offers a fanatic bulk billed service.
I am a nurse and midwife and have worked in healthcare for many years and would like to highly recommend Dr Kam Pong Lee.
My experience with Dr Lee was exactly as you’d hope for with a medical a professional at a private clinic. Dr Lee not only appears to care greatly about his vocation but also spends time advocating for patients medical and psychosocial needs.
I was particularly impressed with his attention to detail during a referral to another health care provider on my behalf. As I am familiar with both sides of referring consumers and receiving referrals, his personal and detailed report facilitates an informed transition between health services for consumers.
In my experience Dr Lee possesses excellent therapeutic communication skills and offers a service where as a consumer you feel heard and supported with your health care needs.
I have already highly recommend Dr Lee to friends and will continue to do so.

Been 10 years client and NEVER has been across to such a rude person as just now. It's a SHAME to have to face a nasty person when coming fasting for a blood test. I FEEL LIKE VOMITING RIGHT NOW

Would not recommend at all. Firstly, saw an old male who was condescending and very sceptical about issues with my body, mind you I did not go there for fun and it ended up taking a lot to get him to actually give me my referral. After making a point not to see that GP, I saw a female whom felt curious enough to ask me out of the blue if I was changing my name. I have short hair and cop questions like that from ignorant strangers often but never from a GP, in a completely irrelevant context. Would not recommend this clinic at all

My opinion of this clinic has changed. I haven't had a doctor who seemed like they cared about doing a good job in about 30 years.
Dr Aoife Doran is a star and will change your mind about this historically terrible clinic.

Edit: Dr Aofie Doran is gone and the other doctors are useless so I transferred to another doctor. This is the first time I've ever been told that I'd be charged to send my records across. $33 to send my records? How about I visit with a USB?

What an absolute disgrace.

I will not be coming to this facility anymore. I spoke to a girl called Hayley this morning who was so incredibly rude and abrupt as soon as she picked up the phone. Her response to acting this way was "I know, I've just had this same conversation with every person and we're understaffed". As a patient that's not my problem and your frustrations shouldn't be taken out on us. All we're trying to do is enquire about making an appointment and as front end staff your job is to have these conversations. I'd highly recommend going somewhere else.

Had a skin appointment booked in waited 1: 15hrs while the doctors and several staff wwre trying to fix a printer, these people seriously couldn't give a dam about their customers, Just in it for bulk billing the masses.

New update. 29/11 and they are still asking for the sheep to wear masks. While the doctor is wearing his under his nose.what a joke

I have been a regular patient here for 5 years and have had some ordinary experiences with a couple of doctors who are no longer there. However, I have had very good experiences with Drs Pett, Soffer and Galina (skin cancer detection and treatment), along with some others whose names I can't recall. The receptionists have always been polite at the clinic and over the phone. Staff members have changed so some of the early comments don't apply anymore.

For a bulk billed service, I am perfectly happy with the medical assistance given and also have sympathy for the reception staff who really don't get any down time from the phones and patients. Most sensible patients choose doctors with who they feel comfortable, and make appointments with them. There should be no need to give one star ratings and sound off against people. Profit from 'bad' experiences and be patient when receptionists are under pressure. There's also the pathology, nurse and skin services under the same roof. All very convenient.

Reception are very rude to migrants. I'm not a migrant but the way they treat people of a different background is absolutely appauling. Especially the older woman.

Was just about to rave about how amazing this place was. Unfortunately won’t be able to. The new policy of paying $40 for a missed appointment is a joke. Had a simple blood test, missed the appointment to get results.tried to call to say I was late but phone lines were busy. Had an appointment at 3: 30 today - rang to say I was 15 mins late. Arrived 20 mins late, another $40. In one week I’ve spent $80 just to come in and leave immediately with no results. Do I get $40 when you make me wait 20 mins in the chair? No. Greedy greedy. I didn’t even get rescheduled on the spot.have to come back in at 6 to fight for another appointment and the chance to pay another $40

For an accessible medical centre this place does not make making an appointment easy,
The “easy visit” app that only allows appointments during daytime business hours.
Then the “after hours” process is a nightmare. Call us after 6pm mon-Fri or 12pm Saturday or 8am Sunday but the line you call goes to an automated “we are busy continue to hold to talk to someone” then immediately hangs up on you.
Walk in at 6pm to make an after hours appointment for that evening but “we don’t accept any walkins” and the appointment you make will be running at least 3+ people behind schedule.

Can’t contact after hours prior to appointment because of the above phone call issue.

Can never make an appointment for a Saturday through the east visit app.

This place used to be awesome and great for availability and great for service.

I stopped coming for a bit since the time I came for assistance with an unwanted pregnancy I got given a referral without any information or advice and when I asked what are you writing in the referral I got told “because you can’t handle it” incredibly unprofessional and impersonal.

This is sadly the only place in the st kilda area that is Medicare bulk billing with no gap so they have us living below the line people by the balls.

Good luck getting that medical care you require in st kilda at the moment.

Add to that the security man who paces back and forth mere metre from you giving off an antsy vibe while you are waiting over 30-40 minutes for your appointment.
