Very nice place, very helpful. Clean environment. Value for money. Easy access to Tram stations. Juat crossing a main road.

Price was ok, lots of road noise, no block ocuoutrtains, and room had a very musky smell.

Served it purpose but I don't think I'd be back sadly.

Always staff always friendly been coming here for years since it started out as Flag all those years ago. Everything is always neatly and clean get a good price if you ask.

Free parking, staff are wonderful and helpful, also speak clear English, rooms are clean and comfortable. Distance to everything is great.

A tad more like a boarding house than a Motel. Management could learn to pretend to be friendly even if they don't want to be. Disinterested in the comfort of guests, bordering on rude. Outdated over noisy heating unit in room, carpet stained, bathroom heating working sometimes only. Difficult access getting larger luggage up to 2nd level. If you are a non smoker courtyard/parking area is NOT the place to be especially in the evenings.

No lift, all rooms are on the 2nd floor. 24 hour check in. 1 Kim away from 24 hour Mac Donald’s. Duvet is woollen. There is heating mat provided. Some cracks in the floor but doesn’t affect walking. Although it is located at a traffic junction, the room is well insulated from the noise. Aircon blower is a bit loud though, but doesn’t affect my sleep.

The room was quite and comfortable but the maintenace was poor and the room very tired.
The air conditioning did not work properly, probably needed a re-gas. The shower head was faulty, sprayed everwhere.
Staff were helpful and had mykey cards for sale which saved our bacon.

A nice touch would be tissues.

Clean rooms, private parking and friendly service. Not a particularly fashionable place, but comfortable and good value.

Kurz um, super. Zimmer sind ordentlich und sauber. Das Bett ist bequem und wird täglich frisch gemacht. Zur Innenstadt sind es knapp 15 min mit dem Auto. Somit perfekt. Ideal ist das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis, Parkplätze stehen kostenfrei zur Verfügung und das Frühstück ist genial.

Cheap and cheerful. Central to bustly Northcote/Thornbury High street. Helpful pleasant staff. Our 6th stay. A bit dated but noticed a few new touches, eg a new smart quilt. A bit noisy at times but tram outside. Very reasonably priced. Clean. Free parking.

Older style Motel on a very busy main road, beds and linen are dated. Apart from the road noise the walls are VERY thin and sounds of TV's and conversation from other rooms filter through. Not a good venue for a restful nights sleep

Decent rooms, friendly easy going staff, good location for our purposes, tram stop outside. Some plates and cutlery and a slightly bigger table would have been handy for the night we decided to eat in the room!

The manager is such a friendly, competent and welcoming man who made the visit such a wonderful experience.

Comfortable room on ground floor. Clean, tidy well presented. Car park is small and tight. Good for the area. KFC and Subway across the road. Tram line outside for public transport.

Top spot to stay in melbourne, tram stop right outside, super helpful staff, rooms had everything we needed will definitely be back!

Great motel, room was clean and comfortable but the service by the guy in reception was exempliary! Extremely polite, and nothing was too much trouble.

Hotel staff were super friendly, the room was clean and they provided enough towels for everyone. Bed was super comfy and it was very well priced. Will likely stay here again

It's clean and the staff are helpful. We had a double room for a full week and we found the mattress very hard and the same with the pillows. The room felt comfortable but is a bit run down - no doubt a lot of use but the stains on the carpet and patches on the blanket speak volumes. Due for a spruce.
Its great if you just want a place to crash and have other choices for dining or clothes washing.
