Room comfortable, lovely modern bathroom with hot shower etc. Undercover parking outside room. Minimal traffic noise. Tram stop to city out front. Manager David most helpful. Will definitely stay again.

Perfect for budget friendly family vacation. Toilets were super clean. No lift, which was a bit inconvenient to take your luggage upstairs.

What a lovely atmosphere, this motel is quaint. Less than modern, but most beautiful.
Last Miniute booking for a wedding, and they accomidated to us! Dad is ill and can not get up stairs, they changed our room NO HASSLE!
There are accessibility rooms and A disabled car park. The reception holds an array of snacks, drinks, and toiletries for guests at reasonable prices.
I love the vending machine with 24hr avalibilty to more snacks!

Breakfast can be ordered to your room, or you can make your way to the dining room and enjoy the smell and sounds of your brekky being prepared.
David brought my coffee out to me in the morning and couldn't have been more hospitable! Thank you!

I love this place, primarily stay here to go to gigs while in Melbourne. It's exactly what you need! Warm shower and a nice bed and a very affordable price and the staff are absolutely lovely! Stayed here many times and will many more!

Clean, spacious room, firm and comfy mattress, welcoming staff, close to tram and activities, vintage 80's cosy with updated bathrooms. Thrilled, and we'll be back.

Hopeless - cancel booking the day you arrive and expect you to just figure it out on your own! Do not recommend at all!

Unfortunately had the worst experience tonight. Called them and they said they would hold a room for us after our 8h trip, and when we arrived that wasn’t available anymore and we had no place to stay. The guy was very mean too. Horrible service.

Aircon with heater function. Hot water in bathroom. Room is clean and tidy. Bedsheets and towels are also clean. Good location. 02 mins walking distance to tram line. 15 mins walking distance to train line. 10 mins walking distance to gourmet eateries and a coin laundry shop. Provided extra towels and use of microwave in the room when requested. And David is a friendly host.

My second stay. Clean. Convenient and efficient with free parking. Morning traffic noise is a bit overwhelming and sound proofing between rooms almost non-existent. So bring ear plugs. Otherwise highly recommend this as a budget accommodation.

Located in a very convenient place in Melbourne. Trams to city is just 2 minutes walk. City is 20 minutes from this place by Tram. Plenty of food shops in 2 blocks and about 15 minutes walk
