Springfree Trampoline Melbourne

We have had our Springfree trampoline for almost 10 years. Our grandchildren have had untold hours of fun on it, without any injuries. I recently had to replace a small part on it, and was very impressed the way the consultant answered all my enquires, and assisted me. I highly recommend the quality products, and the companies service.

Purchased a spring free trampoline back in 2011, I have 5 children who use it constantly. I have witnessed friends and family purchase other trampolines year after year. And my trampoline is still going 9 years on!
have just ordered new mat and net as starting to show shines of ageing not bad for 9 years:) so happy with product. Now recommending to everyone.

Springfree make an outstanding product. I've owned a small trampoline and used it nearly every day with my kids for years. However, while looking for a larger one they were not able to give me much assurance that if I bought it and it didn't fit (their installers could not give me a 100% answer if it would fit or not) they would not refund my purchase, and it took me a very long time and asking the question many ways before they would actually say this. Awesome product, but guys, if you can't give simple reassurance like this then that's a massive barrier.

The staff were amazing to say the least. Helpful, friendly, accomodating & just an absolute pleasure to deal with. Special mention to Kiera - you're an absolute gem & Emma after sales who's joint effort went above & beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. Install took place on the exact day i needed it & My daughter was beyond happy waking on her birthday to a trampoline filled with balloons. Install was done in less than 2 hours. No way i could've done that. All Adults & kids who have visited love this tramp. Best purchase ever! NO regrets:)

Brilliant service. Great space to test the trampolines in. They are open (even if they don't look like it). Park next door. We love our springfree trampoline. Wait for a free delivery/install deal.

I can not recommend the investment in a Springfree Trampoline more highly. We bought ours when our girls were 2 years old, almost 11 years ago, and it has been loved by all 3 of our children and their friends. We recently tried to replace a rusted part of the base, only to find there is too much damage to other parts. As Springfree no longer makes this model or the parts, they are replacing our trampoline with a brand new one, for only the cost I had outlayed for replacement parts and labour. So happy with this customer service and I have very happy children!

The kids love their trampoline and we can relax knowing they're safe while on it. Price is at the higher end of the market.

After 9 years of thoroughly enjoying our Springfree trampoline we discovered that we needed to make a warranty claim. We interacted with the staff at the Melbourne branch both face to face and over the phone and found their professionalism and desire to assist us truly refreshing. I cannot fault their service. My wife and I were genuinely impressed with how the entire process went from start to finish and Springfree as an organisation delivered and exceeded on their promises. We would have no hesitation recommending Springfree and cannot speak highly enough of our experience with them.

PROCEED WITH CAUTION

We mistakenly didn't realise the height of the trampoline, so are unable to use it at our house without removing significant trees. After placing our order on the weekend and subsequently realising our oversight, we contacted them the next business morning (on Monday) to cancel the order.

They have a completely inflexible system and absolutely refused to accept our refund request, even though it is not a return as the product is still in their warehouse.

Now we will have a $2,000 trampoline sitting unopened in storage I guess. Let me know if you want to buy it from us in Melbourne area. Medium Oval model.

The trampoline is fantastic, however if you need spare parts, good luck! The kids trampoline has been sitting in bits since December. They delivered the parts twice to the wrong address, deliver the wrong parts, then promised to deliver the new parts within 3 days because of their mistake. This did not happen instead I get an SMS telling me my installer will be out Monday. I don't need an installer all I want is the spare parts I ordered and I want them deliver to the correct address! Spoke to an America customer service rep who constantly talked over the top of me and would not listen. Absolute f#<ken hopeless. Let's down a fabulous trampoline.

I highly recommend Springfree Trampolines. The range of trampolines are fantastic. It seems trampolines have come a long way from your typical round ones with the metal springs.

I purchased the medium oval which fitted perfectly where I wanted it to go. The kids absolute love it and could spend hours outside each day just playing and as a parent I don’t have any worries of them being harmed in any way. The trampoline is fully enclosed and best of all no springs at tyheir reach.

The staff were prompt to arrange delivery and installation and efficiently installed our trampoline in no time at all. We had a great experience overall with Springfree Trampolines.
