Springfree Trampoline Melbourne

Picked up our trampoline from the Cheltenham warehouse. The process was quick and easy. All staff I encountered were very friendly, helpful and professional. I appreciated the fact that they put all the boxes carefully in my car. Thanks!

We love our new ultimate swing set. It’s got something for all of our three kids from 0-6! They love turning upside down on the monkey bars, sitting all together in the tent swing or kicking around on a swing each. It’s strong, safe and pleasing to look at which makes it fit seamlessly into our backyard. Would highly recommend!

After 8 years we have had to replace the mat and net. Arrived quickly and was a challenge to set up given the age of the frame and lack of markings. The frame is still in great condition and we haven't had to replace any of the rods either. The kids have fallen in love with it all over again. Great product.

We have a Large oval Springfree trampoline (O92) which has stood up well over time. The kids have always loved it, and find it much bouncier than the traditional spring round trampolines we had in the past. And after being outside for a number of years, it is in pretty good condition, and the mat and poles are still going strong. The only thing to really wear is the yellow stitching around the edge. Also the frame still looks good and with the black paint appears almost like new with no real rust. Setting them up, there is a bit of a trick to it, but I got someone in to do it, and he was done in 45 minutes! Overall happy with the purchase.

Trampoline installation was fast, around an hour, and ready to use straight away. The kids love it and most of the adults too! I was a bit worried about the mesh being torn but it is super strong with the kids pulling it sometimes, but the best feature of all is no springs! One thing I would like is if the tension rods on the outside were positioned further from the entry point to the trampoline, sometimes the kids use it as a handle even though I tell them not to, they forget and I get concerned as the rods are under tension. Other than that, it’s fantastic and super bouncy (we bought the medium oval).

This is the best trampoline as I have had another trampoline of another brand before with Springs that was not as good as this one by far north as good it is very nice to champ and very nice to have thank you

It was worth paying extra for them to install. Installation was quick and the kids were jumping on the trampoline within minutes of the installer leaving. It is a quality product and no regrets so far in the decision to purchase.

I’m so happy with my decision to purchase a Springfree. Not only does it look great in the backyard, with the black and white colours, it is also made very well. No floppy bits of net, and the jump and feel of the trampoline is great too. A very high quality trampoline!

When moving the 10 year old Springfree trampoline beloved of our four grandchildren it was discovered that the frame had significant rust. O approaching Springfree to buy a replacement frame they offered a new frame even though the warranty may have expired. The new frame was promptly delivered and carefully reassembled by the SA contractor Cliff. We could not ask for better treatment. Although Springfree are the most expensive tramps they are worth every dollar!

My children have used this trampoline for about 6 years now & it's still the most used piece of play equipment we have bought. The kids love it & we will easily get another 5 years out of it before my kids outgrow it. Many afternoons are spent outside watching the kids play safely while using all their energy up! We have seen our neighbours replace their cheaper trampolines & we don't regret investing in this good quality Springfree & we have recommended it to all our friends & family.

The kids love our Springfree Trampoline. We have had it for over 12 years now and when we had to replace some components recently Springfree was easy to deal and now the trampoline is as good as new again!

My order for a medium oval trampoline was taken diligently and the delivery was made the following week. The installer was finished in under 2 hours and he very kindly gave me a few tips. I order the accessory package with the step, sunshade and wheels. My children are very young so you really need the step at least. They absolutely love the trampoline and if you take a close look at the zipper and the stitching on the mat and net it is extremely well done. I find it is great to jump on it for a few minutes as well when I am working from home. It's harder work than it looks though!

We love it! The best thing we could have gotten in COVID lockdown. We love how safe it is for our toddler - no place for him to fall through springs. Very springy and a lot of fun. Assembly was more difficult than expected, but customer service was fantastic. Could not recommend enough!

Contacted Spring Free to replace net and mat on an old '11ft Large Square' trampoline. Was able to order replacements with ease and they came and fitted within a week and while away on holidays. Excellent customer service and trampoline now looks brand new.

We bought the trampoline for Christmas and couldn’t be happier. Decided on spring free brand as family had one for over 8 years and still going strong. The staff installing arrived on time, completed the setup in less than an hour and all rubbish removed. Would highly recommend.

Customer service team is knowledgeable, proactive and accommodating. I bought under a special deal and they kindly allowed me a non-listed accessory. My original model was delayed by customs and they called offering to swap to a different model to guarantee delivery before Christmas. The instructions are very thorough so self setup is totally achieveable (even xmas eve!). Getting the sunshade means the kids can be on it for hours on sunny days so would strongly recommend. I do need to get the ladder as it's a little high for my 4yo. The trampoline is expensive but you get what you pay for.our friends have already ordered their own have seen the quality! Our thoughts were to invest in years of fun and no regrets week one, best present ever say the kids!
