Really poor customer service. The trampoline we are looking at says limited stock available. We asked if we could make a deposit to hold one for 4 days and were told "no". The only way we could guarantee a trampoline was to pay the full price today. We asked if they could advise of the stock on hand so we could make an informed decision and were told "no". Their phone message says you can make lay-by payments. I asked about creating a lay-by to be told a lay-by does not guarantee the trampoline availability. When I suggested that there could be legal ramifications if that happened, I was advised that they were not taking Lay-By's until next year. If their customer experience is so poor making a sale, how bad would it be on a warranty claim.

I ordered spare parts for my trampoline, they only delivered half of the parts which was very disappointing (Especially cause it was my kids Christmas present) and when I rang them they didn’t listen and didn’t offer to fix it. Very disappointed with the service. I have had Springfree trampolines for 10 years and the trampolines are great.

We had to disassemble our Springfree Trampoline before shifting home. This is a service offered by the company, which was great for us for a few reasons. Firstly, the representative checks the unit and provides an on-the-spot report about its status. Secondly, the unit is boxed in cartons where the parts are easily identified to help with assembly (in our case the company wasn't able to provide assembly at the new destination). There are many reasons why Springfree is the trampoline of choice, and this is one of them.

The Springfree Trampoline was the perfect present for my 9 year old boy. It is high quality and very sturdy. I'm really confident in the safety features and it is wonderful exercise for any and all. I'm really pleased that I had the Springfree technician set it up for me. Well worth the additional cost.

After 10 years of hard wear and tear with our twins and the whole neighbourhood jumping on our trampoline - we decided to replace the mat and the net as there were a few "springs" coming away from mat and few holes in the net. It had also been exposed to the elements for 10 years and was showing its age as you'd expect. It was an easy enough task to replace these ourselves and it was money well spent! The twins, now almost 12 are back on it for hours at a time, perfecting their flips and tricks.
The guys on the phone at Springfree were so helpful and kind and the delivery was super speedy. We can't speak highly enough of Springfree - its been one of he best investments we've made. Thank you Springfree!

Great trampoline, while it lasted. This was kept on a sunny lawn. Heavily rusted after 5 years. Just out of warranty. Disappointing.

From the second the phone was answered until the product was delivered everyone involved was professional, helpful and above all the service was super fast. You deserve more than the 5 stars, your products and staff deserve at least 10 * * * * * * * * * *

Really happy with our recent purchase. We ordered the trampoline on a Friday morning and it was delivered the following Monday. Communication from the company was excellent. The trampoline was a bit tricky to set up but we got there in the end.

As a father of two little ones wanted to purchase a trampoline, went past the store on Warrigal rd and was told the trampoline I wanted was sold out till June. Followed up couple of weeks later and was told my details have been registered and will receive a call when stock comes back into the Vic DC. Chased again today to see progress to be told stock is available in NSW which they will ship over for me at a cost of $99 and a new price increase of extra $100.as my previous conversations and store visits have not been recorded on the system and hence can not honor the old price. So I have to pay for the poor customer service received over the last 6 weeks, very poor from a company who specialise in selling a product which is customer centric. Looking forward to hopefully having a good experience once the trampoline is delivered with an extra $200 cost vs 6 weeks ago.

Spoke with Joel on Sat afternoon, regarding product warranty. Very helpful and informative. Must importantly he dealt with it swiftly and now my new net is on its way, only having to pay for postage.

Customer Service team at Springfree Trampoline made it easy to purchase the product. Kira was very friendly and helpful. My daughter will be very surprised and happy when she sees this beautiful trampoline we purchased for her 5th birthday from Springfree. Will review the product again once we receive it in a couple of weeks hopefully.

I called up to order a replacement net (it had been used for years and had a dog jumping against it, so wear was as expected). The sales consultant was very helpful and was able to place that order very quickly. It arrived within 2 days even though I called a week before Christmas. Would definitely recommend, not just because of product but also for a high standard of customer service.

I expected Springfree to be a premium product, but it's not quite there. The main build quality is quite good, but the instructions are poor - the written ones refer you to online and the generalised online ones ask you 20 questions before informing you you have purchased a model of trampoline which you haven't. The videos from the QR codes describe things that are just plain wrong. I also had parts missing from the ladder and it's turning in to a royal mess to get that fixed up. The positive is that the trampoline itself is actually really good.

DELIVERY DISTANCE: 28km / 57 minutes
PAID IN FULL ON DAY OF ORDER
Still haven't received parts after 3 weeks.
Rang Springfree Melbourne they had no idea (no tracking record) if your order has been delivered or not because once it leaves there office (Springfree Melbourne) it's the freight company responsibility. What a disgrace.
They would follow this up and ring or email me in regards to what went wrong.
Still haven't received any phone call or email after 48 hours.

After my experience I would not purchase a Springfree trampoline. After 2 weeks of use a tear appeared in the mat. Kids only ever used the trampoline wearing socks.

Upon seeking a claim under warranty I was advised that this was not a manufacturing defect and would only provide a patch to repair. I would have expected the mat to last much longer than 2 weeks and very disappointed at this being their option. Upon complaining I was offered a refurbished one with a patch. I can understand if it was a few months or a year but after only 2 weeks I would expect better.

They even had the nerve to tell me that maybe someone off the street come to my backyard and jumped on the trampoline that I was not aware of.

They will not take any responsibility for their product failing.

I now just have a very expensive white elephant/lemon in my backyard that is not safe for my kids to use.
