Good store but full of Karen's and discided to ditch the purchase when glanced over and noticed a queue of angry Karen's

A big store with lots of specials on at the moment. I was served by Tamara, a young woman with a bright and bubbly personality, very helpful and patient.

I received the most amazing service from Charlotta in the Drapery Department this week.
Even though they were extremely busy she made every effort to ensure that she chased up every metre of fabric available throughout Victoria.
55 metres and 2 days later, I can start sewing my blinds.

Very helpful staff. One lady was finishing her shift, noticed I had been wait at the checkout for a while, so instead of leaving open another checkout to serve me! That's Sensational Service!

Always great lots of stock of all your craft, household & sewing needs. Great store to browse.
Staff need to cool it on the gender role assumptions though, yes I'm a big old Aussie tradie type bloke, no it's not a present, I love craft & sewing

Wanted to buy velvet material to make a winter dress but the material, on the roll, had been stretched to the point it couldn't be used

Great bargains but it's a bit difficult finding what you're looking for if you need something specific. There's so much packed into the store it's hard to find stuff.

Mike went to Spotlight in search for a suitable blind. We removed a dead tree from in front of our windows The new light streaming through is supburb although too bright for only curtains.
I went to help him with colour as he is colour blind. We found what we needed and I found a lovely soy candle. A lovely distraction in wanting a comfortable home.

Great varoety but so many things not price marked so frustrating.maybe would have bought stuff if i jad known how much it was!

Great customer service and we loved how they supplied disposable masks at the front for those who didn't have one as it was a requirement for entry, great to see, especially as I still sometimes forget to bring one haha

Staff very unprofessional, also there should be big trolleys for customers to carry the stuff. Unfortunately not such thing available

Rang through several times today.no one answers the phone and the line rings out on each occasion.

Terrible customer service and incredibly rude/unhelpful staff. Placed a Click & Collect order after being told the products "probably aren't available in store anyway", only to receive an email later in the day saying that none of my ordered products were available and my whole order had been refunded.

Horrible service, rude staff, ask them for the assistance they either don't answer or go and never come, so messy place, avoid this store

I love the customer service. Specially the girls at the cash register are lovely and willing to help. The range of yarns is more beautiful these days. And the bargain bin was so AMAZING on my visit today! I also love that they are bringing some of my favourite Lion Brand Yarns. Thank you, for the sales️Keep them coming

I was served by a lovely, helpful young lady at the fabric counter by the name of Milly. Nice friendly young lady.

The size and layout of this store and lack of checkouts is horrible. Every time I've been there the stock levels haven't been great, the staff are few and far between but when you do find one they aren't the most helpful.
If you can go to another store, do. Avoid this one.

Fabulous store in the new homemaker center. Old Masters site. Free wifi in the center. Lots of parking. Great big store with tons of stock of all sorts of things for the home.
