The staff are always great and very helpful but I do think the Managers need to hire more staff in general.

Every department is well labeled and you can go to the item without having to ask a staff member.

Line of 10-12 customers waiting to get served and 2 of the 3 customer service staff go on break!? Very poor!

I find this store too cluttered and hard to find things, the checkout process is either rushed or to ‘laid back’.

Great range of products and great pricing too! Was served by Julia who was absolutely brilliant and helped guide me through everything I required!

Everyone here is super helpful and take their time to help you out! The store is a bit crowded with stuff but besides that i love to go here

Absolutely terrific place, all your spotlight needs met. I was after a 3000 candelpower arc searchlight for anti aircraft work, they had a great range in store, and were so helpful.

Spotlight has gotten extremely expensive lately, and in this there was a sufficient lack of everything. Overall it was fairly disorganised and difficult to navigate.

Disappointed, couldn't find a staff member to help, when I did get one she gave the wrong price to the people on the register so I had to hang around longer while they got approval to give me a refund for the price difference. Shop was a bit messy. Don't think I will hurry back there.

Great staff at this spotlight, unfortunately it's a 'smaller spotlight' so some levels of stock are greatly reduced especially on clearance items.

I'm not sure I like this new store over the old one. It feels very overcrowded and not well laid out. They is a huge array of goods however

We came there to buy curtains for the house asked if they could be cut for each window, we purchased rods, brackets and the ends.spent couple of hundred.staff are miserable, not one smile.felt like I was imposing.

I always get the feeling of rejection when I come here. The employees don’t want to help and when I ask for help I don’t feel welcome.

Always happy with their selection and friendly staff Happy to be back onsite shoppa but also been helped by their click and collect service. It was very well organised and helped me during lockdown many times!

Disgusting service. They let the phone ring out all afternoon and after driving an hour to get there, I see 3 people free to answer a phone call. I called when I was there and found they just leave the office on silent.

I would not recommend going to this store even if your house has burned down and you needed to get some home essentials. I had an encounter with Olena at the service counter. In all the years I have been in Australia this was the most racist experience I have had!
She went out of her way to make me feel bad about myself, any requests I had were followed by loud sighs by Olena.

The management really needs to invest a lot of money in retraining the staff!

Great, there were sale signs everywhere, like everywhere, so it was a bit overwhelming, but the staff were great. Luke & Ingrid helped with all my questions & I left knowing that if I need to go to Spotlight I'll go back to that store.

I frequent this store and often catch a whiff of a funk smell in the container section. Please fix this problem - my son needs a lunchbox.
