Spotlight Essendon

Click & collect process is awful. I had to call the store when I got there because it's set up in a way that they can't see anyone out the front from inside. The two staff members I could see were not wearing masks & the one who served me was grumpy and rude. Not sure if this particular store should even bother being open for click & collect with the attitude they seem to have towards it

I asked for help with the wool quilts and both the staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Some great sales today, the customer service was quite good, mostly, I did sense a little passive aggression, but that wasn't completely unwarranted. I bought a bunch of things I probably don't need but the price was right! What do you do right?

Staff on registers very slow, very long line to pay. Can't find any staff on the floor to get assistance. Very poor customer service.

This store is yet another example of a click & collect booking system with the wrong instructions "Collection point: the Service Counter at the front of the store". After queuing there for 10 minutes, get told to go to the "other service desk" at the back of the store.

I order cut to order blinds in March, still not ready. The customer service is very slow. Would not recommend to get any custom order done from here. Called them before showing up to the shop, nobody knew what’s going on with my order. Eventually ended up visiting the shop today, still the staff doesn’t know about my order. Paid more than $100 for a bad customer service.

Very large store with a lot of variety.
Not busy and helpful staff.
Can get busy off the freeway to enter dfo during the early afternoon, allow time for parking.

Great service and the VIP sale for mothers day great value. It's at the top of Bulla Rd plenty of parking. Double round room the right

The people who work here are little better than flea market thieves, behaviours that are supported by their headoffice. They promise returns for things that they arent sure will work, the hurriedly deny your consumer rights when you try to return them. Dont shop here, you will get ripped off. Better to deal with Bunnings.

Hi Spotlight.please, please give us better knitting patterns.the ultimate would be to have the relevant patterns next to the associating yarns.

I always get fantastic service here. The assistants are knowledgeable and always helpful and they have a massive range.

Great selection of baking goods and other awesome things I didn't expect but the staff are useless. I asked if the price for the European pillows are the same as the standard pillows and just repeatedly got told that "if there aren't any on the shelves they don't have any in stock" when I tried to explain my question. The opposite of helpful.

Good range of craft items (except embossing powder). Has some occasional good specials. Beautiful range of fabrics and artificial flowers

I really appreciated the time taken by one of the staff to locate exactly the right item from another store and have it held for me to pick up. Thankyou

Scanners never work to check items prices. Be good if they actually fixed them. Otherwise waste of time having them.very annoying

Great place to shop for home and interior decorations, kitchen storage and bakeware, crafts and DIY materials

Really good staff and had most of the things I needed ranging from bedding, bathroom, party stuff etc

I didnt know thsy Spotlight sold other things beside clothing products house hold goods, kitchen ware, party products and lots more i went to get 2 things and walkedout with more than i could carry.

I looked around for what I wanted but could not find it. So I asked a very helpfull staff member who new her stock very well. So she told me exactly where to find it.

Some of the younger staff I found on several occasions have come across as rude and disrespectful to my needs but the rest of my experiences aside from that at the store have been pretty good
