Resolve Click and Collect issues fast, but, you have to walk into the store, and let them know when you will be going there.

Best stocked and cleanest spotlight in the western suburbs. Things are where they are mentioned to be and organised

Great range of stock. Sometimes due to it being amongst the Essendon DFO it's hard to park but if you can get there early it's no hassle.
Staff can be hard to find at times but generally are very helpful and know there areas well.

Lovely staff were very helpful in helping me locate what I needed. Large store with an abundance of variety. Plenty of parking. Great prices.

Do not shop here. Staff are rude.

Waited 15 for someone to come to come for click and collect, and when I approached a staff member got told I am being cranky.

Worst experience.

This was the 1st time I ever visited any Spotlight establishment so having heard about it from others and in adverts, my expectations were high, but I was sadly disappointed. Would have expected a lot more from them, but, probably, I had high expectations.

My favourite store hands done! You could say my second home lol. Great knowledgeable friendly staff with plenty of stock. Awesome sales. On a negative I feel that they may be low on staff at times.

Reasonably priced items eg craft accessories, quilting and sewing fabrics etc. Craft persons one stop shop. Wide selection of bedding sheets and pillows. Sale now on and sewing machines.

Appalling customer service. Had the displeasure of dealing with a server by the name of Tonina this morning, who tried to tell me the item I am returning was not an able to be returned. The return policy does not state this item as an item that is not accepted. The server was lying about your company policy and being difficult while I had my 2 small children with me and I feel that is a very unkind and nasty way to treat customers who have done nothing wrong. The staff was rude and defensive and proceeded to call me names in front of customers as I tried to explain the policy to them. Disgusting display, for absolutely no reason. Please train your staff on the policy you advertise on your website and in store.

Good friendly service but only one staff member on counter and 5 customers lined up waiting for service and no one else called even though numbers of staff moving around store

Products are mostly finished and don't exist you at you have to wait for more stock to come in

I dont know why this place is so expensive? $50 for a cushion. I purchased 10 cushions from Kmart for that one price. They seem to be from the same suppiler.

Not to mention half the products don't have a price tag on them.

This store is well stocked with all items. It's not located inside DFO so it's easy to park. Usually there's always one spot available. Staff helpful and friendly.

The service was exceptional and Lyn couldn't help enough. So much better than the staff at Caroline Springs. I'd rather travel further and get amazing service.

10/10 to Mark in the curtain department for customer service and patience with our shopping experience. Our completed our refund which took time and helped us get the right mix of curtains for my brothers new house. The service from this guy was excellent and I would hire him in my buisness in a heartbeat. Big asset to the team

The only reason I gave 2 stars and not 0 was because of the girl at the material counter was really helpful, despite the store was due to close in 15 mins she still looked for a material I was after & when they had none left she offered to check their system to see other stores that had the material in stock.
And the reason I would have given 0 stars is because of the older women, two in particular that obviously wanted to get home eagerly that when there was 5 mins until they closed they were literally standing behind me and other customers really close and walking behind me so that I did not decide to look at anything. I stopped to look at the sandwich makers quite close to the exit and she stood so close it made me feel uncomfortable. I knew exactly the reason she was stalking me but I turned & said “Yes? ” And she rudely replied “we are closing” I then responded by saying “Yes I am aware of that Thankyou, that’s why I’m heading toward the counter and front of the store I don’t need to be followed nor you standing that close to me”.
The Covid Numbers are currently increasing unfortunately here in Melbourne & I have begun wearing a mask again & keeping my distance from people even if others like this worker doesn’t think it’s important I do.

I understand when you have worked 8 or so hours and you are due to finish soon that you are keen to get home but that’s no excuse when the store is closing within 10 mins, I would understand if it were 6pm & then they still could have dealt with the situation differently simply by approaching the customers politely.
Perhaps if these employees need to get out of the store so quickly that they feel the need to treat customers this way when the store is closing in 5-10 mins then they should not work this shift or at all for that matter!

Its Spotlight. Gets a rating from me as its one of my wife’s favourite stores. And lands Five Stars because its the easiest area of the DFO Essendon’s car park to get a park. Plus there is often a Bunning’s style sausage sizzle out front of JB Hi Fi.
