Spotlight Carnegie

A good place to find arts and crafts supplies, costumes and stationery. They also have other sections as well (baking, bathroom etc.).

The atmosphere is relaxing. The fire place is contributing to the relaxing atmosphere. The food is divine. The moment you sited the waiter approaching you and taking our order. We do not need to wait for anything. The people who served us is fantastic.
Moditurenia food is yum but to much. Recommend very highly to visit this Tavern. Miriam

I love going to spotlight as it has great options for home at a good price. They run sale pretty often and have great range of products. Heaven for people who love crafts, knitting, art work!

As a frequent unwilling visitor to fabrics and crafting stores (my partner is super crafty) I tend to judge places like spotlight or lincraft by the comfort of their seating arrangements. 4 stars for the chairs; plentiful with table space for elbows yet awkwardly padded. Y'all lose one star for general ineptitude of staff; the amount of residual rage I have to deal with because a bored teenager doesn't want to be there is rather hefty.

I had to do curtains / blinds for my new house & was nervous about it. I did shop around many places but didn't find a sound consultant who can provide proper guidance. At Spotlight Carniege, there was Branka - The super lady, who sorted out the curtains and blinds for a 4 BR house, suggested me what goes where, listened to me patiently, made my purchase seamless. Her knowledge and customer service is very much appreciated. Thanks.

Very ggod place, you can get very good stuff. You can also buy fabric of any length like curtains, tabke cover, dress material

While I was at Spotlight Carnegie, I felt like there was a light shining down highlighting the spots I needed to go to, to get the things I needed. Great store layout guys!

Plenty of variety and really wonderful sales! One stop shop for quality party, bedding, household and fabrics!

Products did not have price tags, it was quite a hassle to have to check each item one by one at the price check.

Great place with so many discounted household items. Would recommend to become a member for additional discounts, for instance the Singer sewing machine worth $600 is priced at $299 for the members. The only challenge is parking during the weekends as it's only 2P. The staff is very co-operative too.

Paid for something last December that hasn't been delivered 3 months later. All emails I send to the salesperson go unanswered, & naturally there's no other email contacts online.

Worst customer experience ever. Just standing on their feet without assisting customers even the manager. This was the very first time I saw such a bad customer service in Melbourne. Well done Aldi, Carnegie!

Had all you'd expect from spotlight and more. Absolutely huge store was really impressed with the staff as they were so helpful.
