51Some dishes are amazing, but not enough to make up for the terrible customer service. Took about three hours to receive cold food and they blamed me.
We have lived around the corner for over 20 years, were regular (once a month) for many years until recipe / chef changes about a year or so ago (confirmed with staff) after complaining about lack of flavour. Didn't go back.
Visited again over weekend (very little open) and thought will give another chance.
Only 3 other couples seated when we arrived - not busy. Food was very, very good, BUT the head female waitress seriously needs a kick in the pants, wake up and do your job.
Had to ask for ice bucket for wine.
Had to get wine glasses from table inside ourselves.
Had to ask for plates and cutlery.
Had to ask for papadams given to all others.
Extra entree order arrived late.
Menu reads 'Roti, Naan and Rice', we were asked whether we wanted Roti OR Naan.
When I said both as per menu you'd think I swore at her.
Waiting, waiting, waiting.
Appalling slow 'service'.
For goodness sake, try improving service.
Fantastic selection and service. Easily some of the best curries, naan, and onion bhaji I've had this year. Will be back.
Incredible Indian food. So much variety and interesting options I've never seen before. Amazing flavour. Generous servings. Highly recommend.
The only place you can order a tikka masala and receive chopped onions instead. Couple that with the pickled veg and you could say this is the best day of your life.
Terrific food and faultless service. Ambience/lighting could be improved but easily overcome by such great food. Looking forward to returning

I love this place. Nice staff. Good food. Outstanding value. They could work on those toilets though.
Staff were very nice, pretty standard feel for an Indian restaurant, service was quick food was good. Cardamom flavour was a little strong for the butter chicken but not bad. Naan was great. Will come again.
Excellent food. Quick service. Authentic, tasty, yummy! Good sized portions too! The serving dishes were authentic and classy. Very pleasant and cordial service. Keep it up. I will certainly be back.
