NEVER HAVING MY CAR SERVICED HERE AGAIN. Had my Sportage serviced here and about a week after the service, noticed oil leaking. Phoned Kia. Rude girl in "service" department couldn't care less. Said next available appointment was in 10 DAYS TIME - for an oil leak caused by their incompetence! Took my car to a REAL MECHANIC the next day, who advised that, when serviced, the sump bolt had been cross-threaded and the sump itself had been damaged causing two separate areas where oil was leaking.
So not only did I pay Kia for a horrendous service, but they damaged my vehicle and I then had to pay a REAL MECHANIC to fix it. If there was any justice, I would be billing Kia for the $252 I paid to fix their cockups. NEVER AGAIN!

If you need a Kia go see Francisco. I can not recommend him enough. Honest, kind and genuinely wants to help you get the right car. He went above and beyond to get me the perfect car. There are not many sales people with his attitude and ethics. Thank you Paco I hope Kia Southland know what a gem they have working for them.

I would like to acknowledge NAT (salesperson) at Kia Southland for her great service and making the purchase of our new Kia Rio a good experience. From the time Nat responded to my enquiry, to collecting the vehicle, it was all a seamless and pleasant process. Nat was prompt in getting back to me with my questions, sent me photos of the vehicle and the alloy wheels I ended up adding in. The car was a gift for my daughters 18th Birthday and there was bow on the car when we arrived to collect it.
