George was so fantastic to deal with. Knows his stuff but not pushy or painful. Genuine good guy. The whole dealership was welcoming and friendly. The cars speak for themselves. Then dealing with Jen and Minh from aftermarket and finance was a pleasure too. All round a happy experience. Thanks Kia Southland

I'm about to go pick up my new car from Southland Kia. If you are looking for a new car I can highly recommend Steve White. He is totally unlike the stereotype of a car salesman. He is respectful, listens to exactly what you need and is very very patient as you work out what you want. (Believe me, I took hours lol)

Then after we purchased he went out of his way to get my car early, with all the extras I'd requested, tow bar etc.

Just really great service all round (He is also quite funny which is a bonus that comes for free)

Very unprofessional people. I had an appointment at 3pm which was confirmed by sales man 11am same day. When I arrived at KIA Southland I was told unfortunately car not available today. They must let customers know early. I drove 3 hours in traffic for nothing. Very very poor service.
They do not know sorry word. His contact number ending with 4275.

Thanks so much to Steve White from Southland Kia. I absolutely love my new car (Kia Seltos) and the sales process was helpful, genuine, friendly and enjoyable. We were literally there for hours working out which car, colour etc and I walked away with exactly the car I needed and wanted, and Steve was incredibly patient. The customer service was honestly over and above. I couldn't recommend more highly.

Stay away (if i could have zero stars i would have), once they have your money they don’t care one bit about you or when you are going to get your car. I bought my first Kia through Southland Kia and it was the worst experience of purchasing a product i have ever encountered. To top it off the finance they offer is double the interest rate of anywhere else, so when classic Steve roles in with ‘We can get you a great deal’ run, run as fast as you can.

Recently went back there hoping things had changed but thats not to be. Steve in classic form tries to sell me finance even when i told him i already have finance. I asked about the 2022 Sportage and at the start was told by Steve he could get one in a month, by the end of the conversation Steve’s empty promises and excuses started to come out. He was pushing the shortage of Kia cars on me and the fact i would have to pay more if i wanted a new 2022 Sportage. 6k more.

Great work Steve, you can now tell your boss that you lost $55,000, potentially $61,000 (because you had a demo up for sale on the day, which i would of paid for on the day) due to your incompetence as a salesman.

Go to City Kia, or any other Kia, even another brand - Southland Kia are sharks, bottom feeders and will take you for a ride (not in your new car either), charge you more and try to sell you dodgy finance. You will be disappointed and let down on a daily basis while you wait for you car, with empty promises and delivery excuse’s. One of my experiences, my car was even held for ransom if I didn’t pay $192 mistake the dealer made.

I recently visited Southland Kia to look at a Kia Cerato with the potential to buy. I entered the showroom and asked for help and the assistant manager that I spoke to Steve was rude and could not have been less interested. I had previously spoke to Matt on the phone and he came up to me when I was leaving and spoke to me trying to help me with a car. He was more than professional and did everything he could to help me. I thanked him and told him of my experience with the rude assistant Manager. I wanted to trade my car which I had had an offer of $6000 and Matt went in to ask what trade in he could offer and he came back with a price of $2000. I thanked him for all his help. I have since bought a car from South Morang Kia. Tale of this story is poor Matt working with such an unprofessional person for a Manager and the abysmal price for my trade in.

Although we had issues during the purchase but Southland Kia team has taken steps to resolve the issues. Thanks for the help and I personally encourage the urge shown by senior dealership to resolve the disputes.

Been servicing here last couple of years
been to a local mechanic and found cabin filter and brake fluid haven't been changed for years won't be going back if they can't even do basic servicing right
