Just received the COVID-19 vaccination at SGFM.

Very professional in their procedures and handling of patients. They left me with a great feeling of confidence of both their capacity and the vaccination roll-out.

Always get great advice and respect from my doctor. Has great knowledge and looks for new alternatives for treatment and referrals if required. Most grateful to him for looking after myself and my ageing Mother. Thanks to all the staff, the nurses are wonderful and very caring.

If you’re looking for your own personal dr that actually cares about your health these people are not for you. I’ve been struggling with a treatable condition for months now, it’s literally days away from gone finally, however, the dr didn’t give me enough script repeats to finish it off. I rang to get another and was informed I had to wait 11 days to get in, I explained about my condition I’ve had for months now, and how it will come back if I don’t finish it off, but she didn’t care at all, said nothing they can do. So now I have to wait and start treatment from scratch. Disgraceful! It’s incredibly sad what has happened to our once functioning health system.

Dr. Was Rude and upset me having bad anxiety is not good at the moment was worse when I left would never go back.

Had booking for COVID at 1.45 pm got in 1.40pm had injection out by 1.55pm very professional nurses explained everything very clear and didn’t hurt a bit see you in 12 weeks

Had an appointment recently. Dr was great! Just finished up and the Receptionist Wearing a name tag Ann started calling out rudely! So impatient and judgy towards patients. She was not happy and was very Pushy just to get back to what she was doing on the computer.
Definitely not a good look when you first walk through the doors. People sitting down were staring and disgusted. Best to have your morning coffee a little earlier if that's how people are going to treat patients that walk in and out

Unlike the other medical centre in our town, you can usually get a same day appointment, not waiting for weeks to get in, Dr Nick whom i see is very thorough, compassionate and understanding, best doctor I've seen in years.
Reception staff are very welcoming, the pressure they are experiencing especially with lockdowns recently are very helpful also.
Nurses are very knowledgeable and understanding also, i recommend south gippsland family medicine second to none

My experience at Sth Gippsland Family Medical was good I didn't have to wait long to see the doctor, she explained everything what going to happen and what side effects I might have hand me a piece of paper about the vaccination and had the injection and told me to wait 15 minutes before I can go.

All staff are helpful & friendly. Doctors & nurses are always caring & thorough.

Very happy with this medical. My family has been attending this centre since it opened in 2004. Always very helpful with appointments. I have had no hassles getting covid and flu vaccinations. I would recommwnd this centre to every one

Very good professional service, friendly and helpful staff; this includes on site pathology. Use online bookings if you can, very long waiting periods over the phone (>20 minutes). However, could be only temporary due to Covid vaccinations.

I had never been to this practice before. The main hand sanitiser was empty, a bottle of hand sanitiser wasn't within reach on the reception counter.i had to use my own. This is inexcusable when people are there regarding their COVID vacination!

The professional medical care I have received has been exemplary. Efficient, caring and interested in the person, not just the condition. I highly commend them.

GP appointment prior to getting the covid vaccination was totally unnecessary. I was not happy with having to register as a patient before being eligible for the jab.
