Dr Masuda Delaware failed to diagnose herniated discs, spinal stenosis, severe sciatica, ruptured ACL, which because was not diagnosed I lost a work cover claim. Three years later I found out I required total knee replacement because of delayed diagnosis. My leg has also grown out sideways because of lack of treatment, varus malalignment. She stated in her response that she had to choose between my health and Medicare expenditure. I had to join private health cover on a pension so I could have a professor of ortho clean up the mess my health is in. I will have 3 surgeries this year with long rehab. This all started in 2014 and was not properly diagnosed until 2021. The government are now spending huge sums on me to give me home carer, all could have been avoided had I had 2 MRI. I can't work because of the excruciating pain. I have lost 9 years of my life, suffering 24/7

I have been attending this clinic for about 13 years now and I have nothing but praise for the reception staff, nurses and doctors. The way I would stop attending there would be if I left the area

I've been coming to this clinic since I moved to South Gippsland in 2001 - so 23 years and counting. I must admit, I originally chose the clinic because they bulk-billed. They're a mixed billing practice now but still very affordable. I've always been impressed with the calibre of the GPs who have worked there over the years and those who are currently practicing. The reception staff are excellent, efficient and kind, the nursing staff are wonderful, as is the Clinical Labs blood/sample collector. I have always felt well cared for by this clinic and my various chronic conditions are well managed. That's why I stay with South Gippsland Family Medicine.

Dr Nik is hands down the best doctor I’ve ever seen! He’s a logical voice of reason, listens and provided me some much needed support today! I’m super grateful

Excellent visit. Dr Masuda lovely caring Dr. All staff very friendly. Have been coming to this practice for about 17 years now and always had excellent care.

Was made to sit outside in the cold on the cold concrete until my unwell one year old babies appointment, while myself being 7 months pregnant, have asthma, have two further medical conditions all because I have a mask exemption. I wasn’t allowed inside on a chair like a normal human being. I felt like a second class citizen.

Great Clinic, Dr Anu is the best, a Doctor that listens, and very quickly arranges other things if needed, very friendly nurses in the treatment rooms, very happy Patient

Non urgent Appointment time wait was only a few days. Dr was punctual. Caring & considerate advice.

I wouldn't where go any where else.
The Drs at this clinic take the time to listen and address your situation.

All good, maybe from time to time there is a bit of waiting but it's ok as the doctors seem's to be busy, I find the doctors, nurses and receptionists are doing a good job with a friendly way of expressing themselves.

I have THE most lovely & thorough doctor. The nursing staff are terrific as are the receptionists.

Always friendly, fast & efficient. The staff make you feel like they see the person not just "another" patient.
