Very happy with their online process and next day delivery. Quite a good range of products and their prices are quite good too. I ordered pathway stones which was a breeze to order and pay online. Best part is their delivery tracking. They send an sms message the morning of the delivery with a link to track the delivery truck which is quite accurate. I was waiting outside a minute before the driver arrived and he arrived right on queue. I'll definitely use them again, highly recommended.

Ordered soil for the vegie garden. The price is very competitive for the quality as I've looked around. It was so easy to order using the online system. On the morning of delivery, I received a sms to confirm est delivery time and a link to track the driver. I even received a sms when the driver is on the way. Great customer from the driver - Jarrod. I will definitely order from here again as you made everything easy.

If you're looking for a bit of inspiration their showroom is quite nice. However if you're in the middle of doing a landscaping job you will find their paver range is pretty average compared to dedicated paver shops. Everything else (plants, water features, pots etc.) they stock seem a little more expensive than other places. They offer a landcaping design service for $250. Is it worth it? Well, the young girl that comes over to your house for the consulation is polite and gives you some ideas and advice but the process is a little amateurish. She'll draw you one sketch (not to scale) and away you go - thanks for your hard earned. She'll probably say to you that you can contact her for any further advice along the journey but she'll never reply to your messages again.
So is lt worth? I'd say it is ONLY if you have absolutely no ideas or inspiration to get your project off the ground. However if you do roughly know what you want and expect a professionally drawn plan that's to scale then save your money.

Friendly staff. Nice, new and inspiring examples of how to setup a backyard or patio entertaining space. Prices are high but it’s quality. You can order large orders of dirt and rocks from here too.

I picked up the incorrect stones for my garden. The Soilworx team went above and beyond to help me out in fixing the situation, even staying open on a Friday night waiting for me to return the wrong stones and collect the right ones.
