Ordered 1m3 of veggie mix. It's supposed to be compost and soil. Received dirt coloured sand, rubble, weedmat, no compost I could see.
PH of the soil is 10 - utterly useless rubbish.
The black tan bark is okish if you want fence paling, decking and nails in your bark.

Further to the above. I emailed soilworx and have not had a reply. Poor form.

Tim from customer service was absolutely amazing. Helped my husband and I figure out how much mulch we needed to landscape the yard and directed us what to use. Amazing product, love the results. Would gladly keep coming back and recommend soilworx to friends.

If I could give minus 3 stars I would.
I have been in the horticulture industry for over 20 years and 'Soilworx' has been by far the worst experience I have had ordering mulch/soil.

Worst experience with this place. Was apprehensive buying what I wanted online as I don't like making purchases over $500 on the internet. Made a phone call to check the availability of the items I wished to purchase. Was told it would be no longer than two weeks so I decided to go ahead and purchase the items. They have been consistently telling me the item should be arriving within the week. It's now been a month and they're called me to tell me the manufacturer of the items are just starting to work again. Now I gather there's no clear timeline on when I will receive what I paid for. Definitely going to get my money back and spend it with a company that doesn't lie

Great selection! Staff are a little hard to get help from at times… but once you get help they are amazing! They carried all my items out to my car and loaded it for me!

I had such a great experience, from customer service to delivery. Deanne helped me so much through the purchasing process for my landscaping diy and the delivery process. Our delivery driver Isaiah was really pleasant too and the product was placed exactly where we wanted it. The live delivery tracking is absolute genius. Would definetly purchase again from soilworx in the future!

Walked in for advice on crushed rock and artificial lawn, the staff were very helpful, I dealt with Ria and Carlson it was 100 % in service, as im in retail myself and acknowledged the service. Thank you Ria and Carlson for being very helpful.

I visited SoilWorx to purchase rocks and mulch for a garden makeover. The staff were very helpful in suggesting what to use and the quantities needed and the delivery was perfect too. They have a great range. I’m very happy with what we achieved with their help.

Hands down the best customer service experience ever! Quick, easy, good price, great product. Steven, with whom we placed the order was just terrific. He obviously knew his stuff, answered our questions, and made the whole process easy. Taisha, who delivered the soil, was also terrific. Friendly, knowledgeable and super efficient. I cannot recommend this mob highly enough.

They forgot to deliver my orders, call them to check, they took my details and promised to call back, I waited for 1 hour for the call back but they didn't call. When I called the so called experienced consultant made me hold the line for 10min without giving me any proper answer. They don't deserve any star

Poor quality product. Cannot recommend. We ordered 2 cubic metres of euchi mulch which is described on the soilworx website as "a by-product of the timber industry" and "fine, shredded Eucalyptus mulch" Although the mulch delivered did include eucalyptus, it was contaminated with what appears to be shredded building waste.lots of pieces of shredded plywood, particle board and pine.

I left a review on the delivery platform on Monday asking for someone to call me to discuss.no one has called yet.

Seriously consider spending your hard earned elsewhere.

After a very poor delivery service by a contracted driver on Friday, Molly from SoilWorx arranged to sort out the problems which was done expeditiously and pleasantly the following Monday. I have purchased from SoilWorx previously and found the service to be prompt and courteous so I was surprised by what happened on the Friday.

Ordered a letterbox over the weekend for delivery Tuesday. I received a text Tuesday morning saying it was scheduled for delivery at my selected time frame, only to check the tracking half way through the day and it wasn't on board anymore. Turns out they didn't have it in stock and I only found this out by calling them. Was promised delivery the next day and still nothing. Called again and am now being promised delivery tomorrow. I really hope they come through! Customer service was lovely and their website was easy to navigate. Just bit of a hiccup with the delivery, which is not unusual in transport ‍️

Incredibly helpful friendly staff awesome service and a magnificent shop to look around for ideas could spend hours just looking at all they have to offer all at great reasonable pricing.

Will never use them again!
They gave us a quote over the phone.
Once we placed the order they changed the quote to a larger amount. Once delivered, they supplied us with a minimal amount of what we ordered.
We have asked on numerous occasions for our tax invoice and still haven’t received it.
Customer service was rude, abrupt and not willing to rectify any of the issues and no apology given.
Trying to run a business with this company is not recommended!

As a female when I purchase half a meter of soil I get half a trailer, even when I queried the shortage.
As a male my husband purchased half a meter and gets an over flowing trailer.
Soilworx have failed to respond to us.
Sexist much? Not impressed with the treatment or absolute lack of care and response!
Find elsewhere women!
