Delivery never turned up. Tracker changed all day. No communication to say not coming or re organise delivery. But happily took my up front payment

The staff here are very knowledgeable and took the time to help us work out what we needed and gave us some advice suggesting that we could use a mixture of road-based and garden rocks to get extra height and saving us some decent money. Which is very important at the moment. Thanks for your assistance

Great products & service but not at all competitive on price.
Too expensive for your casual shopper or even a small builder. Seems to be based for major companies and commercial building perhaps.

Soil Works truck bullying traffic on the ring-road

Ironically soul works truck involved in an accident on the ring road this morning causing 3 out of the four lanes to be closed hope no one was hurt slow down you clown!

Once again had a delivery of Marigold rocks 1.5 metres.once again impressed with yhe service. The drivers are always cool and place it as asked. For me in the drive, front of garage. Top stuff.
I'll be ordering something like Lilydale toppings pretty soon.

Excellent customer service. Came in to buy paver bricks and Taylor was most helpful. Took the time to show us how to stack them and chiseled them for a perfect fit. Much appreciated.

And yet they have some items that are not available anywhere else

Bunch of lying thieves! One of their trucks was over loaded and white rocks came flying out and cracking my windscreen. The transport manager Nick said “there’s no way of proving it’s my truck” and said they only deliver soil which they don’t as per there website.the refused to send me any documentation of what that load contained. I have called to time and I have emailed to time and received no response. They are refusing to take any responsibility of the damage that they have caused on my vehicle. They said to take it up with insurance even though insurance does not contact their company if it is just damage to the glass and not the body. This has been relayed onto Soilworx however they do not care.

We have a tight driveway, driver backed down it no worries and no complaints. Dropped 4m³ soil on time and as close to my yard as possible. Saved me heaps of work. Recommended!

I called last week enquiring about getting soil delivered and was lucky enough to speak with Michael! He helped me with every step (its my first time doing a garden), told me everything I needed to know about each of my options and even called me on the day to see how the delivery went. I had best customer service the lady sales agent were very helpful & friendly. We bought some plants & bamboos best buy.

We ordered 1.25 cubic meters worth of garden pebbles. You get to nominate the delivery date and receive live delivery update. The delivery time kept changing from 10.40,11.20,12 40, etc it eventually arrived at around 11 43 and the driver was very friendly and helpful. This was the second time we ordered from Soilworx and both occasions we probably got given more than we ordered.

Though their name suggests things natural and of the soil, alas, there are no living things present, bar the friendly staff. All flora being of the artificial kind. Which is a bold strategy for a garden center, truth be told.

Bought these large black pebbles from Vaughanian today amazing service, he brought them to my van and loaded them in as well. Sealed broken bags and gave a great price on half bags, also bought a top quality artificial plant which he looked after me on price again. The end job looks terrific and I will definitely be going back again. Thank you Soilworx Deer Park.

I order 2 cubic meters of soil me and my neighbour,
i ask for best soil for my garden and front yard deliver to my home on Saturday and payed $220,
i got absolutely rubbish soil, full of rocks and broken glass, metal pieces. ️
it's so disappointed ️
i never going to order anything again from them,
not recommending.

Turned up at 3pm and it was closed, even though it’s open until 4pm.
Apparently they’d gone home early.

I visited Soilworx today while I ran out of all the options to get my desired letterbox online elsewhere and other places while my new house landscaping was in progress. I had to get the same today only and to match it with my facade, I had specific requirement. Vaujhanian ("V") went above and beyond to help me in getting my desired letterbox arranged. He was kind enough for custom requirement and did a great job by making my day. Keep up the great customer service with always smile team. Rare to see these days. I will definitely visit the place again to get some more stuff from your place.

Recently ordered 10 cubic metres of lawn soil.
Delivery was made and after all the soils were used. It only worked out to only 6 cubic metres of soil were delivered. I called up to dispute the difference and was only to be compensate for only 2 cubic metres. So in real terms I was at a loss of 2 cubic metres. Because I don't do this on a daily basis I can't really tell the difference between 8 to 10 cubic metres of soils.
Be very cautious everyone.
