59Purchasing twise at sneakerboy online and both orders turns out to refund the money back reason is cannot fulfill my order. They already sold the product but still appears to be available online. The first email turns that I was been told to wait for 10 business day, seriously? You need 10 days to process an order within Australia? And now They told me the product is not anymore exist. Jesus Horrible experience

We visited their store and spent $378.25 on a pair of shoes which they promised would be shipped to Singapore (because they didn't have it in their shop on that day).
Other than an emailed order receipt, we haven't heard anything from them. We made our purchase on December 12th at their store along Little Bourke Street and were only given an order acknowledgement number "144740".
I know it's the festive season and everything takes time, but to hear NOTHING from you or any shipping agent is absolutely shocking. Even Domino's Pizza can do a better job than you.
Your Melbourne cbd store telephone number doesn't work and no one picks up the phone at your Chadstone branch.
I have had to trouble my friends in Melbourne to go to the same store and ask about my order only to be told that "they can't check tracking info from their end" and that they "will give you a call when they have information".
At this point, I don't care who is at fault. I don't care if it is your warehouse supplier or your shipping agent.
I want a full refund NOW.
We are no longer interested in purchasing shoes from you.
We are also looking to make a consumer complaint under the Australian Consumer Law AND will be informing all of our friends and relatives about this unacceptable experience of purchasing from Sneakerboys.
The sneaker area is a cool retail space but the larger apparel store is gross. Shelves overstocked like it's fast fashion.
So, i walk in to the store with the intention to buy some rather expensive shoes, i get looked at as if i cant afford anything, i get ignored multiple times, after about 30 minutes of persisting, i demand help, and i get treated with utmost disrespect.they do not give a f##k about you or your time, its a terrible environment.just a horrid overall experience.do not give these pigs money.
Terrible service. Orderd a pair of shoes from their website, paid at the same day. They received the payment and emailed me with order number. Waited for a week for them to inform me that they have shipped my shoe. Never heard anything. I went back to the website checked my order status, they have already refunded me without any explanation. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM ONLINE.

Bought a Balenciaga Speed Runner in August. Didn't receive them for 4 month. Not recommend visiting.

This is the best shoe store concept I have experienced. Great theme, design, execution. Cool staff, not a huge range, everything special though. High quality vintage / classic trainers, every detail correct. There was loud music. It was good too!
What is the point of a store if it doesn't even have stock inside of it. What is the point of waiting outside if you can just order online. A sneaker boy store shouldn't exist if it's all online, in which the workers do what you can do anyway, and are payed to purchase shoes for you via their website.
"Luxury Brand" should have Luxury Service. Absolutely horrendous customer service, paid for shoes that were in stock a week after i followed up to be told they didn't have stock. What a joke, no response to email until a week later again.and then it was just pathetic, unapologetic dribble.
Lined up all nite to find out next morning they sold out. Even people first in line didnt get the shoes they wanted.
Wouldn't be surprised if something shady is happening back door. Would not recommend.

Worst customer service ever. Bought a shoes and keep waiting for almost 20 days, kept calling, visited the store, talked to the store manager and NO help. Staffs are super arrogant. NEVER COME BACK!
Terrible customer service with arrogant staff, was told upon purchase that the shoes was going to be new from their warehouse with 3-5 days shipping, shoes arrived after 2 weeks only to find that I was being ripped off given ex display product with lots of scratches on shoes and they did not want to take any responsibility for it and told us to go away. Terrible Never Shop from this place again.
