SUPPLIERS BEWARE: We provided services to Sneaker Boy in both Sydney and Melbourne, in good faith of being paid. Not only do they not pay their bills, but their care factor is ZERO. They just ghost you. No calls, no discussion, no response to the many requests for payment. Just nothing.
We have reported them to Creditor Watch, ASIC and the matter is now in the hands of our Debt Collection Company, but if you do anything for this company, get paid FIRST, or you may not get paid at all.
Been waiting nearly a month for my order, have emailed twice about it and never heard back.
Just avoid this place.
To everyone, please do not shop at this store physicallly or on their website. You will never receive your product! Poor customer service, never reply to cusomter’s message. What make it worse is that they will delete your commment on their post!
I couldn't believe that I was denied entry into the store for not having a mask! I have a severe breathing problem! And had of recent had nose surgery which the specialist had given me an exemption which I was more than happy to show her! But she still refused me entry! It's like refusing a disabled person entry into the store as my breathing is a disability
Disgusting service! Note! They also lost a sale because I was going into to buy sneakers for me and my husband! You need to employee other staff she was so rude! And I will be putting a complaint in to head office!
Worst of all, I haven't received sneakers in over a month since I bought them here. Never buy it here so it won't stress you mentally
I bought a Canada Goose jacket in store 3 weeks ago but they didn't have my size in-store. They told me they would ship it from their warehouse that week. I still don't have it. I've tried calling all 3 stores maybe 10 times each with no answer at all. I've sent multiple emails to their customer service email with a response after 1 week saying it would be dispatched the next day. It's been 2 weeks since then.
Ordered some shoes 2 weeks ago and have only received 1 pair! Have emailed, have tried riniging the stores but no one has responded or picked up! WORST customer service I have actually ever experienced!
The only recommendation I give for Sneakerboy is Do NOT BUY FROM HERE!
As others have posted, not sure why all of the shoes in store are not for sale. Clothing too it seems. Terrible business model, get your money first then they ship it out weeks or months later once they source it from overseas. Just buy it online elsewhere from a major overseas stockist. It'll be faster and you'll get better service.
Have been waiting over a month for my shoes. Help Desk does not explain what the delays are, or if the order will ever arrive. All questions about where my order is are ignored. Still have no idea how long I will have to wait to receive what I paid for. My request to exchange for a different colour was approved, but then told there are no other colours in stock. Horrible experience, will never purchase from here again!

Sells you faulty nike air maxes and air maxes that isn't even in their physical inventory and won't respond to emails regarding a refund. What a joke. Just give me my refund. I've definitely given more than 3 business days wait time for you clowns to respond.
Poor customer service. I was visiting Melbourne for a few days and I was told by the staff member the shoes had to be ordered and they'd keep me updated via email which they didn't happen. When I received the shoes the staff members were very passive and didn't care but just for me to pay. Fake attitude and poor service. Very unfortunate.
Terrible asked for a particular size, gave me the wrong size asked for a smaller size, then gave me 2 sizes smaller, then asked for my correct size that I asked for firstly and they told me they were out of stock.so to get my size in I had to pay 600 for the shoes that I didn't not know would fit.walked out unhappy.was ready to spend the $600 but will never go back.customer service is dead.rude stuck up people who probably carnt afford to wear half the shoes in the store.
This bussiness is most likely a scam. They took your money but the order never arrived. And no customer service at all.
Pretty good place, large variety of sneakers to choose from and staff are friendly.
Loses a point for their business model of not having much stock on hand and for taking a while to ship if you purchase online.
It”s not a sneaket store and it all about selling high end stuffs, they are targeting those chinese rich hypebeast but not the mass sneaker market, i suggest to go to HYPE instead if you are sneaker-lovers
Bad customer service and it felt like they were giving me the shoes for free. They charged me for shipping when I was picking up from the store. Nobody in store know the policies clearly. Went to store and they had wrong sizes. Have to wait another 5-7 business days to receive the item. Call the shop number nobody picks up the phone in business hours. Can’t believe they don’t even have a chat system to talk to anyone.
I purchased shoes back in November and was sent the incorrect size. The issue has still not be rectified. I have sent several follow up emails but the team is unresponsive. If I do not receive a response in the next couple of days I will be submitting a formal complaint with the ACCC as a consumer issue. This is completely unacceptable and I strongly do not recommend purchasing any items from Sneakerboy online. They have a great selection of shoes but simply not worth the trouble.
The people that work here are IQ low and very slow when it comes to orders. The beanie wearing dropkick that served me could barely speak without slurring his words and his breath stank of dog feces
